The salesman Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy on the sale of which product to purchase. The installers Bruce and Christopher were prompt, thorough and excellent at explaining the installation process. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and will recommend FH FURR to family and friends.

It was great they worked so hard. Did not even take a break for lunch or dinner - they arrived at 9 around 9:30am and left at 1030pm. Can't say enough about how impressed I was by the dedication and work. Rashid and Joseph were friendly and professional. I would definitely use FH FURR again due to their incredible service and the great job they did. Afterwards they showed me how to use everything and asked if I needed anything. They cleaned up after themselves. Because of these guys I will recommend this company to my friends. Very impressive!!

Furr replaced our HVAC system last year. We were pleased with their services and installation, as well as the performance and efficiency of the new system. Because of that we called them when we needed to replace the hot water heater. They are expensive, but their service technicians are well trained, considerate of your home and surrounding and very professional. To us it is worth the extra dollars knowing that the job will be well done and efficient.

It went very well. Chris did us an extra favor and helped us open a vent or return register that had been painted over. I could not have done this on my own and my husband's primary hand is injured so he couldn't do it either.

The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional, the most that got my attention was his honesty. he immediately found the problem. Turned out that it was not the water heater, it was in the breaker in the electrical panel. It's the first time that I use this company and from now on it will be the only one. Kudos to the team at F.H.Furr plumbing.

Carlos was thorough and helped explain the need for the service. He also show me the improved results after the coil cleaning was completed. I understood the need and feel the sevice received was excellent.

While reconnecting the exterior hoses for spring garden work, one exterior faucet was noted to be broken. It was the anti-siphon, frost-proof type that we had installed by FH Furr years earlier along with the connecting interior piping to the two external faucets in order to bypass the water conditioner unit for inside water use. Everything went smoothly after our call to FH Furr. At the scheduled on-time arrival, John checked both faucets from the interior and exterior, and only the one we had noted needed to be replaced. The other was still working as designed. John answered all my questions and explained the operation of this type of valve. Unfortunately, the replacement required a soldered connection to be unsweated in order to replace the valve which comes with a long pipe fitting to pass from outside, through the wall and insulation, to the basement. I commented that it would have been great to have an interior threaded connection to make valve replacement easier, as the replacement exterior anti-siphon, frost proof valves I researched came with threaded connections. John removed the broken valve and connecting pipe, then installed a new threaded connection inside the basement and connected the new valve with threaded connector on the long pipe extension. Everything tested out great. Thanks to John, the next replacement of this faucet with a $50 valve, if needed, will be quicker and less costly.

The inspectors recommendation that we should replace the HVAC total system and have the air ducts cleaned seems unrealistic, as over the past 2 inspections F.H.FURR technicians made the same recommendations, but the HVAC system continues to perform without trouble.. Plus, recognize that unplanned dust may occur in the air ducts, we've lived in many homes in our 59 years of marriage and have not been affected equipment wise or health wise by a build-up of dust in the air duct system's. When the time comes and we experience problems with the HVAC system we will have the necessary repairs/replacements done.

Prompt, Courteous , Professional. Lloyd assessed the problem, recommended a series of options for a solution from moderate cost to more expensive. All would solve the immediate problem. The higher options would prevent the problem from occurring in the future, so I select the more expensive fix. No pressure, just professional service. FH Furr has a tracking system they text to you so you know where your technician is in the arrival process. The reservation was simple once I got to an agent, and they could fit me in the same day. EXCELLENT and will repeat.

Alieu and his assistant Quadell arrived at the scheduled time and introduced themselves. They were both professional, yet pleasant and polite. Both represented their company well. They worked quite diligently to complete the work we had requested and went "the extra mile" to do the job right. They both projected a desire to do an outstanding job and to satisfy their customers.

Great! Mr. John Jackson's professionalism was off the charts!! He took over 2 hours to assess our current system and made recommendations on what was needed for replacing our HVAC/gas heater system. He thoroughly explained all the options and thus made our decisions so easy.

Jimmy arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was super professional and is very knowledgeable.

Technician Osmin Marcia was courteous, kind, and very helpful. Explained the issue and my options. He fit me in as soon as his schedule would allow, and worked all afternoon and into the evening, finishing around 9 pm that night. He didn't leave until I had hot water and everything was working properly. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend FH Furr and Osmin to anyone.

The actual work done was great, including some recommended improvements (surge protector and Air Scrubber). Nathaniel informed us at 1030 that we would be his next stop after finishing the job he was doing, so we understood he was running late. At 1 pm the F.H. Furr office told us Nathaniel was enroute and should be to our home about 2 pm. That was correct. The inspection was completed inside and out in about 90 minutes. Nathaniel took the time and extra effort to explain to me the steps being done and findings as the inspection progressed. He answered the questions we had about the system, based on our experience operating the new HVAC for two annual cycles.. All was OK on the inspection, with a recommendation to install a compressor surge protector. We also discussed the benefits of installing an Air Scrubber in the unit's fan discharge duct. Deciding to do both installations, the additional work was done professionally and efficiently in about another hour, We are happy with the additional warranty provided by the surge protector and the improved interior air quality from the Air Scrubber.

Excelllent. Josh N. was outstanding. He did everything perfectly from notifying me before he arrived, to coming on time, and thoroughly inspecting everything, and offering very clear explanations. He was efficient and polite and a real pleasure to talk too and made if fun. He is an excellent speaker, the words just flow, and the explanations of improvements and repairs were very clear.
