The prices quoted were HUGE. In fact, I felt they played a "shell game" on me by saying my annual fee only covered one of my units when the salesperson saw both units at the time he sold me the plan. So I now had to pay twice if I wanted both AC units inspected. The price quoted for the filer was twice that I paid another contractor. Will never call them again.

I had several issues for my 10 year old house that I had Curtis examine and provide an estimate. He addressed everything I needed and made some helpful recommendations as well.

Russell F. from FH Furr arrived early for our scheduled appointment. Furr called ahead to see if an early arrival was ok. We couldn't be more pleased with the service specialist's attitude, service and professional manner. He was personable, engaging, and answered all our questions. He showed us potential problems areas and did not rush through the annual check up of our 2 systems. RF's years of experience make him a huge Furr asset in my opinion. Based solely on our experience with this one person we would work with Furr again.

We were told when to expect whom. Chris Currier was right on time. He evaluated the situation, offered several different options and explained clearly the pros and cons of each. Once we decided on a path, Chris proceeded and finished sooner than we had expected. He cleaned up and even offered to help us put back the items we had moved to make the water heater accessible.

I scheduled an installation with FH Furr to install a faucet that i had purchased - i was charged 600.00 +for this install, the plumber tried to use coupons to reduce the price but i still ended up paying over 600.00.+, can you image the price if he was doing some real plumbing? the service was good but at that price i'll never use FH Furr or recommend them to anyone. i was really disappointed, really, never again, but the guy was great.

Marco provided top notch customer service, only recommended service based on my needs (did not try to "sell" me). I would recommend him and FH Furr to anyone.

I was very impressed with the service from Frank Bennett and his partner, Brandon. It was actually pleasant to talk to them. They were scheduled to arrive at our house between 8:30 and 9:30. They arrived at 8:47, and immediately put their booties on prior to entering the house. Then, they laid down drop cloths to cover their path to their work area. They immediately starting working to replace both the outside air conditioner and the inside furnance. They did so without any additional direction. They continued their work with superb expertise and fantastic professionalism. They worked diligently until about 5:30 PM. After finishing their work, they carried out the old units and all of the debris, and cleaned up the all of their work areas. I was very pleased to have both Frank and Brandon represent F.H. Furr Plumbing. They were such a breath of fresh air to work with. I would highly recommend having them work for anyone having a furnance or air conditioner replaced. Thank you very much to both Frank and Brandon for doing such an excellent job!!!!!

Gesley Avalos showed up at the appointed time and explained every step of the inspection process. We were impressed with his professionalism.

Plumbing technician Christopher Currier working on behalf of F.H. Furr did an absolutely professional installation of a new water heater system. His patience in explaining in detail all of the areas that needed immediate attention was appreciated. Furthermore, once he explained why the old water heater and certain other heater component parts needed to be replaced he explained in detail what the long term benefits would be. His demeanor and attitude was exemplary in every way. His attention to detail, professionalism and work ethic are an asset to F.H. Furr. Chris will most definitely be asked by me to return when the time comes to repair my downstairs half bath toilet system which he found also needs repair. Thank you Chris for providing me with such excellent work!

It went very well and smooth. The technician, Mr. Osmin Marcia, was very knowledgeable about the plumbing system in our house. He was able to quickly diagnose the root cause of the basement water leakage. He utilized the appropriate plumbing tools, equipment, and methods to effortless and effectively stop the leakage and prevent future occurrences. He also was accommodating and communicated well with us. Overall, we are completely satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to have him do plumbing work in our residence again in the future and highly recommmend him to anyone who is looking for plumbing services.

The tech was great and found out the problem quickly. The concern is for a system which has had major repairs for two years. The 1st year service call should eliminated the repair which was discovered this year. The refrigerant is costly (approx) $1200 for 2 years. If the repair was done in the first year, I would not have a discounted charge of approx. $1100. I do not think it is fair to charge for the refrigerant.
