Keith, from F.H, Furr, was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He periodically communicated to us to ensure we were aware of his ETA, and arrived at the exact time we agreed to. He patiently explained what had broken and why, and provided several options to remedy the situation. Keith completed the job in less than an hour.

Technician checked system and provided advice on the current state of the system.

Service was excellent, from calling to schedule an appointment to the technician sent to do the install. Only hiccup I had was the cost which seemed high.

It was a little loud as the demolotion was being preformed, but it was expected! Everything went as planned. They we excellent on clean up when this part of the job was complete.

Excellent. Furr has been doing our plumbing, heating, and A/C for years, and we’ve always been pleased. This time we called them for electrical work. The technician arrived on time and completed the work as we directed. We had called another electrician for an estimate, but Furr came in $160 lower. This was a simple project as electrical work goes, but the good job here means we’ll call them again.

Great. FH Furr called me to schedule the appointment, which is super helpful. They communicated well about when the technician would be here. The technician, Rodney, is cheerful, super polite and completely professional. He let me know how long the service would take and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate that he cleaned up after himself and did not make any mess (he wore booties when in my house). I was grateful for his recommendations about prolonging the life of my HVAC system. Micheal was a great professional in helping get through the list of home inspection items for our townhouse. He was very patient with explaining what needed to be done and commiserated with the home selling process. He worked with me to explain why one of the home inspection items was not something he recommended be done.

I called FH Furr in the morning, and they were out to diagnose/repair the issue of having no heat within just a few hours. I loved that they sent a picture of the incoming technician, and the technician (Mayer B) contacted me to say he's on his way. Problem was resolved quickly.

The two plumbers showed up on time (much appreciated). They found a silicon leak around the sink and fixed that in a timely manner. Unfortunately water came back so we called and they sent the plumbers the next day. They told us that there was a leak inside the faucet and gave us a number of options. They did not push any of the options. I was then able to fix the problem myself.

Went very well. Found out I was using the wrong filter and it needs duct cleaning.

It took a couple of days for the replacement part to 'come in', but once it did the installation was quick. Mark also straightened out a ill fitted blower at the same time. I was impressed with Marks knowledge and his ability to convey HVAC principles and best practices in such a manner as to not make me feel 'out-of-touch'. His help I honestly believe will make our house a healthier place to live.

I made an appointment with them three weeks ago and sat here on Saturday waiting for them. I get a call late in the day that they need to cancel. This is really poor. This is supposed to be a large reputable company but they are full of excuses for cancelling. And, they would not connect with anyone who could help. I would never recommend them.

The appointment went very well. He was very professional, punctual, and helpful.

Mike was professional, proficient and efficient. He fixed two of the problems after explaining to person on site what was wrong and what he would do to fix. He gave tips on how to prevent similar problems happening again. He also gave an estimate to replace problem #3, then described how it could be fixed by homeowner using parts from Home Depot.

DeMarcus was at my house the next day, and gave me a quick and accurate diagnosis of the issue, and a thorough explanation to me of all the work that needed to be done. He answered all of my questions with ease and professionalism. He was really super. Only reason I did not go with FH Furr was the price. A competitor was pricing the service significantly lower. But DeMarcus' attitude and knowledge and professionalism really was top-notch.

I needed a whole house humidifier installed. I called FH Furr. I was put on hold multiple times. The gentleman took my name/address and screwed it up several times. Then he put me on hold again (for an extended time)to send me to their sales department. A lady got on the line and told me the wrong address and had other things screwed up. I just wanted a guy to come out and give me an estimate. Clearly FH Furr is too big for the type of work they do. A local plumber who answers the phone himself does a better job. Don't bother with FH Furr.

Fast. Repairman called the salesman. Salesman said he was prohibited from giving a breakdown of parts and labor. For personal reasons I let him make the sale. The full day of work by two men was quick and included improved refrigerant line location, improved door access for air filter, and full cleanup. If your funds are tight you may have to insist on competing bids and ask for whatever discounts are available. You may like the phone calls and emails prior to technician arrival. You may like the all digital reports. And if an old wire breaks, the technicians solve the problem. F H Furr wants to do maintenance inspections later. You get what you pay for.
