Work was outstanding. Affected small pipe section was removed and replaced. Quality work, only took an hour. Price was not outstanding. Worst-case scenario was spec'ed out, and estimate was given. High, but I understood, given where the pipe was located. Turned out to be much easier, and much faster, than anticipated. Still charged the full amount of the estimate. Our former regular plumber, who is not longer available, would have charged about 1/4 of what we ended up paying. I would love to hire them again, but I can't afford to keep paying these rates.

Selected by Costco under a membership offer, the company had sales consultant evaluate unit size and made offer with Costco cash rebates. Installation began within days; units were available in Furr’s warehouse (although a shift in crew scheduling also delayed a few hours the furnace coming on the truck with the crew who arrived with the AC unit). Two-man crew seemed to be thorough and were cooperative and removed old units and cleaned up. Installation appears workman-like and to spec; very tidy. I had from the time of consultation expressed concern with re-use of refrigerant line since Costco contract was presented that excluded warranty of re-used components (a late complicating factor that was in conflict with Furr’s warranties) but I elected to proceed after the Furr representative assured that Furr will stand behind the work. Now after a week, I am very pleased with the unit and its operation. A one-year maintenance contract is included.

Excellent service, professional and punctual, Technician gave us all the options and let us to decide what was the bes for our budget.

The system is over 15 years old. Needed to be replaced. They quoted me a mew system far more efficient than the original> they replaced my other unit last year and it works very well. I would recommend F H Furr to anyone

Chris Concannon was very prompt and he explained every step of the process as he went about the water flushing so I understood it. This was also a last minute job I scheduled and they were able to come out that day thankfully. I will definitely use F.H. Furr again.

Fantastic...Our house has 3 finished levels and was overdue for a cleaning. They even did my dryer vent! I remember the old machines from many years ago that were a mess...this was better performing than I thought. I can certainly tell a difference in the air flow. Alieu and Andy were very pleasant and professional, also Jeremy who originally scheduled the cleaning when he performed our unit service. Thank you.

He explained what his recommendations were and what accepting or rejecting them might mean, such that my wife and I feel that we can make a decision based upon unbiased information.

I am currently overseas and have tenants residing at my property, who noted plumbing and possibly Sump Pump issues...I figured that probably the Sump Pump was on its last leg. Since I used FH Furr for A/C and heating service in the past, I decided to use them--based on great Angie's List ratings and reviews. Upon contacting F H Furr, the young man who answered the phone, Tony, just kept rambling on about great deals and special offers...I felt that I was dealing with a used-car salesman in a lemon lot. I kept telling him to stop "selling" me on things I don't need. I kept reiterating to him: please dispatch a technician out to my house so he/she can assess the plumbing situation, and provide me a written estimate. The Technician, Jimmy Bevens, was very responsive in terms of returning my phone calls, answering all my questions and giving me his professional advice and assessment. He was very prompt in terms of coordinating with my tenants and property managers to gain access to the house, and servicing my plumbing issue. After receiving the estimate for the purchase and installation of a new Sump Pump, I gave the green light for Mr. Bevens to install a new Sump Pump. I wrote an email to Tony and the F H Furr Customer Service email where I specifically stated that I need F H Furr to provide me with an itemized estimate & receipt outlining the specific type of Sump Pump (I clearly noted in my email the exact make & model...I also asked for the serial number of the Sump Pump just in case their is ever a factory recall, etc). Mr. Bevens installed the Sump Pump, but F H Furr failed to provide me with the make, model and serial number, as requested in my email to Tony. I called back and got Tony on the phone. He was extremely aloof and non-apologetic...almost arrogant and just told me to "leave a message with the Customer Relations." I left a voicemail with their Customer Relations, where I requested a call back--I never received it. Long story short, Mr. Bevens was great, but F H Furr Customer Service and their "slick talking" sales personnel are completely unprofessional. If you're looking for professional and responsive, then F H Furr should not be on the top of your list of companies. I recommend that they think twice about overselling folks on items or services they don't really need, and focus on paying attention to detail when customers specifically ask for a simple itemized inventory. Again, the technician was great, but their Customer Relations department needs to reassess how they treat customers. In all fairness, a few days after the installation of the Sump Pump, my tenants heard noise from the Sump Pump and called the company. The same Technician, Jimmy, came back to house and fixed the issue--since it was under a 3-year warranty for all parts and labor. The Technician receives an above-average grade, but their Customer Relations Dept needs improvement...I would be hard-pressed to use F H Furr again.

The heating check-up was fine, I just wish I had never switched to a heat pump. I've been cold all winter.

All very proficient! Outstanding installation of major end items and a perfect clean up and haul-away of all the old equipment. Couldn't have been better -- Thanks so much!

It went very well. Demarcus was so friendly, explaining what could and could not be done. He also explained why we were having the problems that we had. He encouraged us to watch him and explained what he was doing each step of the way. He went above and beyond - even helping my husband lift the new sink top onto the vanity so I did not have to do so. He ensured it was set correctly and explained to us what troubles we might experience due to some of the previous issues. But he was extremely particular to ensure that the sink, the drain and the fixture were all mounted correctly before he left. He gave us his card and told us how he and Furr stand behind their work. This company hires the best service technicians, and Demarcus is one of the best!

One NEXT installed in 20 minutes. With service plan. Found out after work that other provider only charges $100 FhFurr is excessive and overcharged senior citizens and veterans. Became arrogant when I asked refund or other work credit. I was concerned that not using them would warranty issues but will seek other

My 24 year old furnace finally quit. Richard knew what the problem was and got it running but unfortunately one of the motors blew and it wasn't worth fixing. Richard was knowledgable, professional and courteous. Helped me with the repair vs. replace. I highly recommend Richard.

Michael came in very professionally. He greeted me and my pets happily and eager to get to work. He reviewed the issues I had in my home and then replaced the valve. While F.H. Furr continues to be the most expensive. They always stand behind their work and have come back to my home on the rare occasion there was a follow-on problem. While I did have a valve purchased from a local hardware store, I went with the one Michael brought with him from the company. I learned a bit more about plumbing and Michael always made me feel as the most important customer of the day. He is the agent for us when we cannot do the work ourselves. Thank you Michael.

FH FURR did an excellent job making the necessary repairs. Service rep. was friendly, professional and performed services in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

2 men showed up when they said they would, worked all day, finished the job. It looked good to me. cleaned up everything and came back after the snow to finish the exhaust pipe. The county inspected the job. all was ok. Reggie W came by for the appt. I told him what i was looking for so he went to work. He was looking for different ways for me to get what I wanted without trying to sell me something i didnt want or need. Reggie stayed for about 2 hours helping the the Costco credit and the other rebates. Reggie was very good with his job. A pleasure

Kyle Watson was the technician who came to service my water heater. Kyle showed up on time and provided excellent service by completing the job in a timely manner and explaining to me everything he was doing and why.

Rodney showed up early, was professional, explained what he was doing and checking for and advised me about the condition of my blower and the need to repair or replace.
