I will start Buy saying the Technician Rich W. is courteous and honest he made me feel at ease from the start we looked at the lighting we needed replaced he provided a quote right there on the spot. Tho we had lower estimates Rich explained why going with FH Furr was in our best interest knowing that He would be performing the work set my mind at ease secondly having a workmanship warranty made my choice easy. Rich was able to have me put on schedule to have the installation done.

Entirely professional, the inspection of our plumbing and HVAC is a service that we subscribe to with FH Furr. With our house being 11 years old, its about the time where major sub-systems start to show fatigue. We realize that this is also a way for FH Furr to generate business, but the guys from FH Furr have always been exceptionally professional.

They're pretty good! They're professional and friendly. Explained everything to me, they're tech-y, they show you exactly what they're gonna do.

We were a Moran's customer until they closed shop and FH Furr took over and this was my first experience with the latter company. This was the electrical inspection that comes as part of their HVAC maintenance package. I hadn't been through one of these before but Zach was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I had a very good first experience with FH Furr.

The technician, Ryan Burroughs, arrived as scheduled -- neat and prepared. Gave feedback on the systems as he checked them out. He's been in the HVAC industry for over 5 years and is a professional rugby player. Couldn't have asked for a better technician.

Very disappointed and wasted my time. I described in detail what I needed over the phone and they sent the wrong person who was unable to give me a quote or provide any assistance.

What was needed was to unclog a kitchen drain with a dishwasher. once onsite they proposed to replace the disposal and the trap and clear any blockages for about $2,300.00. We sent them away. The next guy fixed it all with no parts in 30 minutes.

They were exceptional, on time, everything they did was great. They did a very good cleaned up after themselves.
