Excellent. JJ completely explained his inspection as he proceded and at the conclusion discussed his recommentions with us, and why he made those recommendations.

The technician, Marco recommended us to have a surge protector for the outside unit and to replace a filter for the humidifier system. We expected to replace the uv bulb for the humidifier system today. However, Marco was professional and honest, he said we could wait anther 1 more year to replace the uv bulb with showing the manufacture's 2 years' recommendation. I used a coupon, so the service cost was cheaper than a regular price. I am satisfied with his work.

Everything went well. Dominique and Joseph was very professional they and got the job done now I have my heat and hot water back

Very well. After an annual heater inspection, they found a crack that was a hazard. Gas and power were turned off. By the end of the day they sent someone to give an estimate and were able to have my new heater installed the next morning. I was pleased with every person that helped me at F. H. Furr

Prompt, professional, complete service.

We chose Furr for this major job because we had become confident with their work in past repair jobs. The professionalism displayed by their employees was a plus. My only complaint is that we were told by the scheduling person to expect them between this and that time. They showed up 45 minutes early (on a Saturday morning when I was trying to eke out every last minute of rest). No biggie.

I have an annual spring/fall HVAC contract. I always ask for Dennise, a technician I have used for many years. She always explains what she finds and what to expect in the future with my HVAC. She is very thorough in her maintenance diagnostics and only recommends costly repairs or replacement after fully explaining the need. She has kept my HVAC systems going for many years and I know she will in the future.

Response was quick, great job on the repair, plumber was courteous and professional.

Top notch, I could have gone lower in price elsewhere but most of the time you end up getting what you pay for with a quality company. Now it is on them to deliver and with their reputation I think they will.

From the moment I called them, the operator was clear, polite, and had a tech come out that same afternoon. It's great to have a company that uses many technical features to make the waiting for tech painless. I got a text notifying me that I'm next in line and asking to confirm if I'll be home. Then I got a text saying that the technician was on his way with his name, a picture of him, and with actual up to the minute tracking of his actual location. When he arrived, he wore booties in the house, very professional, gave us a free estimate, and after approval from us he got right to work. We were very happy with Adam's service and will definitely use F.H. Fur again.

For the second time we've called Furr and had tech Tim Klein come just before a holiday (hot water heater first, ejector pump last...just before we had to leave town!) and gotten exceptional, immediate, TRUSTED response. Even more important was the quality--professionalism, knowledge, clean up and follow up--we got. We might have paid less elsewhere (if we could have gotten anyone to come so promptly) but Furr (and Tim) give emphasis to the adage "you get what you pay for". In our case, we now know the most important thing we'll get from Furr is "peace of mind" on every aspect of the job we have them do.

Outlets were tested OK and problem traced to marginally operable power strips. Recommendation made to replace and redistribute to other outlets.

The technician found three or four things that needed to be done. This is the first time the furnace has been serviced since we moved here last January. The technician was EXTREMELY detailed & very proficient. We chose several repair & several replace options. There is a good list of options remaining. The furnace was built in 2002.

poorly, scheduling was a problem and the service was delayed due poor project management. As part of the service a trench was dug to run a power circuit to the shed but left open for inspection. It was 2 weeks before the company called to return to fill the trench at which point out of frustration with this company, I had already filled the trench myself. Overall a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

It went like clockwork. Very efficient. In and out within an hour but very thorough. Reviewed all findings with me prior to leaving and provided suggestions for maintenance of worn parts.

The service went well. Jeremy was very professional, efficient and personable. He explained everything and pointed out the things to be managed during the year. He was great!

Our technician, Thomas Roberts, was prompt, courteous and professional. He outlined all of the possibilities for upgrading our system but also gave us the good news that all was well with the system.
