F.H. FURR - Was that my property twice this week the first time was to do an inspection on the water heater and they performed a water heater flush and gave me a great deal! They informed me of my unit performance and gave me helpful tips. The second visit was because my Gas furnace was not cycling correctly, the technician came out and promptly fixed the issue, also gave me a fair price, and gave me helpful tips. Will definitely be using them again in the future, for any water heater, air conditioning, gas furnace, plumbing, or electrical needs!

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The technician was very professional. He explained everything. He was able to provide information that no other technician, who has previously serviced my HVAC has done. I am confident, that I will request services from this company again.

Furr's technician J.J was extremely courteous and effective. At the conclusion of his inspection, he made two valuable suggestions for improving the safety of my system, in one case to bring the washing machine outlet up to the new code, and in the other to install a rather new device that searches constantly for potential deterioration in the wiring behind the walls. The latter device makes me feel and be safer, given the age of much of my wiring.. It means I will be alerted immediately to any danger and am protected financially from the likely cost involved in making any necessary repairs at the early stage of a problem. I am grateful to J.J.

Courteous appointment scheduling. technician was Roy. We are on annual maintenance contract. Service today included change of a MERV ,16 filter and recharging refrigerant.

It didnt go well at all! The owner is a complete d*ck! Or he has workers that dont care about how they speak to people! I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF MY JOBS!! If you want someone that cares about your work this is not the place, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

They did a great job. Denise was the technician who came in to our house. They did in 1 visit. The air quality of our house improved, and I was happy with it.

Excellent. This was an emergency visit. He diagnosed the problem and found out that the brakes was in the off position because it was heating up. He advised to have an electrician to check out the electrical panel and to replace the brakes.

Danny and Sergio performed excellent work. They were detailed, professional, and reviewed everything with me.

Plumber was prompt and courteous at all times. Installation of the product was within 1 hour after arrival and getting approval to install. The only comment that is poor is for the parts-a new Badger 5 anywhere within a 100 mile radius of me, has a retail purchase price, maximum $110. I was charged four times that amount for a total of $514. FH FURR has always gone above and beyond the customer satisfaction and always had reasonably priced parts. I hope this review will encourage Mr. Furr to please review their price for parts readily available to purchase and only charge the retail amount. We were definitely overcharged for this type of garbage disposal. Overall I give service an A, with disappointment of overpricing and not giving the military discount as well as Platinum Partner inspection. Thank you Mr. Furr for your many years of excellent customer service. Please consider adjusting the price to align more with fair market pricing . For simple installation being charged $528 for a $110 garbage disposal was disappointing to us as long-term customers. We truly wish you continued success and prosperity and only hope for reconsideration of price charged to customers for the convenience of having the parts readily available. We, like many, are on a budget and can't afford to be overcharged too much for parts, we understand double for convenience of having the part, but not four times as much Thank you for allowing my input.

We love FH Furr for all our needs—including the electrical work we did. JJ was our electrician. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He changed out three light fixtures for us. He also installed Nest Protect smoke alarms and helped me set them up on the app. We will definitely use FH Furr and ask for JJ for all of our future electrical needs.

So, from yesterday morning, our heating monitoring screen was suddenly off. We were so lucky because of the unusual warm weather, 69F outside in February, but still inside of the house was dropping down to 65F in 2 days. So, we called the customer service. They sent a technician very next morning. Mr. Marco who was here before to inspect our heating system, came back! He is a professional, honesty, and trustworthy technician, so I was very pleased to have him back. He checked inside the AC unit, and found out the burned fuse in the curicuit. He changed it to a new one and it was fixed in a few minutes. I was also glad that it wasn't a big issue. I paid only the fuse cost, not service cost nor labor fee this time.

FH Furr had an electrician come to my house on a Saturday to review the job and provide a free estimate. The estimate was completed and presented on site along with options. The work could not be completed that day due to county permit requirements, but the same electrician returned a few days later to complete the work. All work was completed that day and the company followed up two days later to schedule the county inspection.

The F.H.Furr "Denise Bennett" was very knowledgeable about my HV AC unit. Her service was very professional as well!

Marco Lafuente-Aranibar, the service technician arrived promptly and was very friendly and polite. He did a thorough inspection of my heating system and gave me a detailed report of its condition

Drain is now unclogged and water heater is flushed
