called yesterday, worker was here at 800 am today. he verified problems, located inside access to replace faucet. cut hole in ceiling, and replaced faucet and shutoff valve. cleaned up work area. He was very frirndly and explained what he was doing. very satisfied

Curtis provided 2 estimates ahead of any work: 1) success on cartridge extraction or 2) replacement of entire shower mixer if cartridge could not be extracted. He had the right tools to extract cartilage even though the cartridge came out in 2 parts.

F H Furr is indeed fortunate to have Barry and Danny in their employ! The pair were courteous, professional and quick.They both exhibited great knowledge in completing their tasks. I regret that I don't have the names of the insulation installers but they were as efficient, neat and thorough.

Excellent very professionally done, Bernard explained to me what was going to do before he started the work. I checked on him while he was working he showed me exactly what he was doing. After the work was completed he went over everything with me and again showed me what he did. Bernard was very professional and cleaned the area when he finished. I am a satisfied customer.

Prompt response, but installation delayed a few days by new government code requiring replacement of chimney liner first. After liner installed plumber stayed till 9:30 pm to complete job.

Went well, discussed a recommended better filter and added a surge protector to outdoor a/c unit.

Very pleased with the work done today. Kyle was prompt, professional, and explained everything in detail. I feel very confident with the new water heater and installation. The process was completed within the timeframe estimated. I really appreciate the quality of work from Kyle and FH Furr and I highly recommend this company.

I had a 50 gallon gas water heater 6 year warranty, pressure regulator, pressure surge tank replaced, installed. The cost of the tank at lowes is $520, the pressure regulator $60, and the surge tank $50. $630 in retail, not wholesale, costs of parts. Round that up to $800 for other parts and pieces. My quoted price for the install is over $2800. He showed after 9am and done by noon. So 3 hours of labor. That 3 hours is costing me over $650 per hour in labor. I have to go to work for 2 weeks and the tank was leaking so I was over a barrel to get it fixed. They raped me on the cost of this install.

They were excellent, the quality of the service is good as well as the technicians. The price is also reasonable for the quality of the work.
