Our tech Matthew was excellent. Very thorough, friendly and professional.

Company gave me the option to either replace my 20 yr old HVAC or have the current issue with the control board replaced. They sent a specialist out to gather specifications of my HVAC. They followed up with a quote. I then opted to simply replace the control board. They had ordered the part earlier and came back to install the board once they received the part. The replacement of the control board went well.

Everyone at FH Furr from KARTIK in sales to STEVEN in installation were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Technicians and Electricians were professional in preparation, installation, and cleanup. They adhered to Covid-19 requirements during work on premesis.

Everything went very well. The technician (Paul) came out the same day I called for service and could not have been more courteous and professional. Their service, price and responsiveness was exceptional. I would highly recommend them for any air conditioning work.

WAY OVERPRICED. This "technician" used heavy sales tactics to try to convince me that to do it "right", it would cost $1658.69 before the stupid member discount (meaning you have to buy the membership plan for more than the discount). Again, we're talking about NEW plumbing, NEW Sink, nothing complicated. Hot / Cold water lines and P-trap waste line. All the rough-in was already there. He tried to push a "Sales Flyer" on me after hitting me over the head with the price. And I have a second quote which is 25% of the price he quoted. Seriously. RUN AWAY. These guys are crooks in service trucks.

Great highly professional courteous service ! My first phone conversation with customer service went very clear, I promptly got the evaluation tech and consultant visits within a few hours. They offered good recommendations on solving my A/C cooling issues at the competitive price. The tech crew (Alexander) did the actual job - excellent skills, quality, communication, and punctuality and productivity.

FH Furr techs arrived on schedule and all work was performed in an efficient and professional manner within the time that was estimated to be needed. HVAC systems are an expensive investment so having confidence in the product and the provider is an important element to consider. I have been an FH Furr customer for almost 20 years and I have always been satisfied with their performance and results whether it was a big job or small. They fully explain what is required then back up their services with follow on support if/when required. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The technician (Robert N) provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient with questions, and clearly interested in ensuring that the work was done to my satisfaction. He provided sound advice regarding how to identify and handle potential issues. He was honest about the need (or lack thereof) for other repairs. If Robert N is an example of how F H Furr typically does business they've got a new long-term customer.

Mr. Bella was a very polite and professional plumber, his work was completed quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and how to use and care for the new toilet.

This company has zero customer service. I had asked them to come out twice to determine if my unique attic and duct work would allow a dehumidifier to do its job (40-50 is appropriate RH as an industry standard). Mine was at 45 on 2nd floor with 2 portable units. I paid $5k for this unit they installed.it was a failed installation. And it doesn’t work. My humidity is now 60-70. Damp sheets and all. The company refuses to refund me. Claims it works. They are fraudulent people who stole my money on a misguided assessment. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. I even joined their membership. They cleaned my HVAC and left bolts everywhere and the furnace was left open with no protection from the UV light they assured me would keep the hvac clean. Nope. Another 1300 down the drain. STAY CLEAR.

The installation went well and the new equipment works as the technician said it would.

Dylan was punctual, professional, and courteous. He explained everything in a way understandable to a layman and provided a reasonable repair estimate. He also arranged for an F H Furr rep to come tomorrow to give us an estimate for replacing our system.

This did not go as planned. I had several issues to be resolved and the plumber who came was polite and timely but things didnt go smoothly after that. I had two separate bath faucets that were not working well, one dripping the other loose and was not turning on the water. The bath drain was slow to drain in the tub. I was quoted over 800 dollars to deal with the issues which seemed quite high but given COVID and already having a solution I authorized going ahead. It turns out that the water to the building needed to be turned off for the faucets to be dealt with. I was informed I needed to contact DC water to have the water turned off to the building (a brownstone with 5 apts). I called the city and they informed me the plumber should have had the tools to do that if licensed in DC and know what to do. I called back and felt stuck in the middle. I spoke to two reps from the FHFURR who seemed very empathetic and assured me it would be resolved. I never heard back however and am going to plan B. Im not sure if this is because of covid that things are not going smoothly but I paid 350 dollars for a simple snaking of the bathtub and couldnt get them to do what I really needed, getting the faucets working. Im going with another service.

Everything went as expected. The scheduling process was effortless, they constantly kept me up to date on scheduled arrival, the employee was very punctual, professional, and courteous. The work was accomplished in a logical, organized, and clean manner. My only observation is that the price could have been lower. If I have had the time I would have shopped around for pricing.

Told the lady I made the appointment that I had a leaky outdoor hose bib. Didn't know if it was a busted spigot or what -- hence the call to the "experts". Guy came next day and was very nice. Said it was FH Furr company policy that he couldn't take the stem off the bib to see what the problem was. Instead he give me a written quote for $691.84 to bust a hole thru the inside of my house to look for a leak -- which I told him there was no leak. By the way, I would have to find another contractor for drywall repair. So, today I took the stem off the hose bib and found that the brass screw lost the head and the 00 beveled washer was worn. I went to the local home store and spent $2 for a new washer and #6 brass screw. Leak fixed. Total cost $2 compared to the $700+ it would have cost me if I went with FH Furr. Never will call them again. Only interested in doing expensive work rather than small plumbing repairs.

After noticing my furnace was offline and was showing an error message, I called to request a service call. They were able to fit me in same day, diagnose the issue, identify potential future concerns to monitor and repair the issue on the spot. My technician was professional, explained the options clearly and ensured that all equipment was operational before he completed the job. Everything went smoothly, and while an unexpected problem with a major home system is never a good surprise, I was very pleased with the speedy resolution.

It went well. Fairly new Lennox system installed 2/2020 by F.H. Furr thru Costco with discount. Service was part of included 10 year semi-annual service under initial purchase contract. Difficult to breakout actual service cost for comparison, but overall package through Costco with rebates, discounts, etc was good in comparison at the time. Scheduled when F.H. Furr called with reminder. Technician arrived on time, checked everything and explained findings with recommendations ( gave detailed explanation of benefits and cost estimates for UV sanitizing system and surge protection add-ons, but no pressure sales efforts). Practiced good social distancing and mask/glove efforts during time of pandemic. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Very well. Nathan did some troubleshooting to isolate the issue and was able to solve it very quickly. He also did a thorough cleanup and final inspection to ensure everything was in good shape.

Great service. Had pressure issue. Got next day appointment. Could have worked done same day. Chose to sleep on it. Had lots of work done and brought up to code. Installed more shut off valves and prevented other future issues. Snaked a drain and replaced a cartridge that broke during service for free. Had financing options. Great work. Professional, punctual, proficient.
