OH MY GOODNESS! WE ARE SO HAPPY!!! This was just such an EXCELLENT service from every respect! First, FH Furr was responsive - they set us up with an appointment right away. They said that they'd give us an estimate and we could decide what we wanted to do from there. We had SUCH a hard time finding anyone that would come out/was available, so this next-day service, early, was just what we needed. We had excellent contact from them - from a confirmation text saying they'd see us the next day, then when we called dispatch first thing in the morning once everyone knew their schedule, they knew where we were in the queue - window of 10 til 1300. They called to say when they were finishing the first job, then when they were 20 minutes out. We got a picture of our tech, so we knew who to expect. When Steve arrived, he was professional and explained what the first part of the service would be, then what to expect based upon what he saw. He was qualified to work both the electrical and the generator side of the problem, which was EXCELLENT because the other techs here had been able to work only one side of it and not even look at the other. Since it was a combo problem, this was exactly what we needed. Steve was courteous and professional - he put on slippers every time he came in, wore gloves and mask. Which is quite an ask in a house that's been sitting with no AC for 4 days. // then, the actual quality of his fixing the problem. He walked through everything, explaining as he went what connected to what, what it did, where things seemed to go wrong ... all this was EXACTLY what I needed because I wanted to know so I would be a little smarter (this is the second time it happened). I learned a lot, followed his explanations because he put it in terms I understood, and I really felt like he cared that I understood. As it turned out, there were multiple things wrong - loose connections, which burnt a post and a wire, which prevented the signal from getting where it should, etc etc. He explained both the panel and the generator side of things as he fixed it all. Then, in ultimate customer service, he walked through and made sure the whole house turned back on - making sure the AC worked, that all switches were powered, and that everything was as it should be. Then, he made the whole system go through a cycle - making sure the power properly switched from utility to generator, that everything came up on generator, then that everything released back to utility and the generator shut down properly. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the whole experience. We're also now part of their annual service plan. I tell you, we could not be happier. I highly recommend them.

Alec Boland was the technician and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and also improved the setup of the drain pipe because it had been done in a way that would have caused problems in the future. He gave me great detailed information about why the problem occurred and instructions for how to maintain to prevent future issues. He was also very personable and made sure all of my questions were answered.

Service went extremely well. Was kept informed of the technician's schedule and arrival. Markus was very professional and thorough throughout the service call. He quickly assessed all the work required and explained what he recommended done for each plumbing issue we had. He explained the estimate upfront (although much higher than anticipated) and went right to work. Very impressed with the care he took as he worked in various parts of my home and very careful to minimize impact in the work spaces and cleaned up as he went in completing each of the jobs. Was also very careful to maintain COVID compliance throughout the afternoon's work my home. Overall very pleased with the work and services delivered and will consider using them again in the future.

The technician who did the HVAC inspection (Jake M) was great. He did a really thorough job in checking everything, he gave me an honest and detailed rundown of all of it, and I really appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell me something or make me think I had to urgently do an upgrade. I was very pleased with the service.

The technician that came out was GREAT! Jeremy Best did a thorough job, which included walking the customer through the diagnostic testing. Mr. Best gave the customer two estimates depending on warranty of parts and if the parts were not under warranty..

They were incredibly responsive, showed up early even (with a phone call). He assessed what needed to be done, gave a reasonable quote, and was able to do the work on the spot. He was respectful and efficient and funny even!

Whole process went very well. Representative was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to what I wanted/needed done and was able to suggest how I could save money through their programs and financing options.

The most pleasant and helpful service. Repairman wore protective gear, showed up on time, was extremely pleasant and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took the time to fully check that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and provided some helpful recommendations to assist in keeping my lines clear.

Received in-home estimate for new heat pump and air handler. Pricing was outrageous rip-off compared to comparable systems. Profiting is fine and expected; exorbitant charging is not. Avoid and shop elsewhere.

Very well, Anthony was very thorough and professional. He presented us with a number of viable options to approach certain repairs that showed up during the plumbing inspection. He then efficiently completed the tasks, always pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Anthony & FH Furr!

Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to have a quotation for light fixture and electrical work. On the day of the appointment I was told at first that they would not be able to come out because they had a rush of urgent calls that day. The 2nd time I was told that they had techs which were out sick. They said the soonest they could reschedule for a visit would be 1 week away. I told them no thanks. It's one thing to not make a visit, but quite another not to be able to come for another week after already waiting about 2 weeks.

Went well. A little messy but it’s a big job. It took a week lapse time to get on the install so a bit too long for the weather. Otherwise I would have given it all “A”s.

It went great! The plumber from FH Furr, Bernard, sent me a text with his picture to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the designated time, wearing his mask and gloves per the current COVID-19 guidance. I too wore my mask. He assessed the situation and told me what he needed to do to find the leak. He found the leak quickly and provided me with a price for the repair. He was able to do the repair quickly and when the water was turned back on, made sure that the leak was fixed. He cleaned up the site when he was finished and he covered the hole in my ceiling for me until my drywall repair can be made next week. He asked if I needed anything else and I told him at a later date I was going to have my kitchen faucet replaced because it leaks. He took a look at my faucet and showed me some samples of faucets from his truck that FH Furr carries to see if they would fit my needs. I will be scheduling an appointment with FH Furr to fix my faucet soon. He did a great job, was professional and friendly.

Could not have been better. The electrician was knowledgeable and quickly fixed everything on my list.

Everything went great. Tim showed up on time and worked very hard to get the job done and in great quality. I have a very old house so it was no easy feat. Maybe more expensive then other quotes but you get what you pay for and I am happy with the outcome.

Air conditioner inspection Was thoroughly and professionally performed. The technician was very knowledgeable and spent considerable time informing me on how to maintain the system in good condition.

Great experience. Daniel determined that not only was the hose bib failing but the valve inside the house was faulty as well. Replaced the bib, and inside valves (on lines leading to the from and rear hose bibs).
