It was a mix. It was a huge job. They were to do a fireplace too. They said because it was in the basement. They couldn't run a gas line it was against the code to do it. Which was not correct. So got I had another company.

The technician that assisted me was Bernard Plummer. He was extremely knowledgeable and held a really positive attitude. He drove to multiple suppliers to find my shower cartridge and he replaced it the same day. After snaking my bathtub drain several times, I thought it wasn’t going to unclog, but he was relentless and he made it happen. I highly recommend him and F.H. Furr to anyone with plumbing issues.

Bernard (Plummer) was excellent. He came in and diagnosed the problem and provided us our options. He did the work in a timely and orderly fashion. He adhered to COVID Protocols. We would use FH Furr again just because of our experience with Bernard.

Fantastic. Scheduling was quick and easy. Our plumber Alex arrived right on time. The drainage problem we had was resolved. Alex also gave us helpful advice on drainage maintenance.

Stephen Barnett did an excellent job helping us get our new Nest smoke and carbon dioxide detectors installed and operational. He answered all or questions professionally and informed us on changes in the law regarding placement of smoke detectors in bedrooms. We asked for Stephen’s card. We will definitely ask for him in the future.

The technician, Matt, was very professional and arrived quicker than anticipated. F.H. Furr may not be the cheapest company out there, but their work is far above what you pay for. Highly recommend this company.

I arranged for three $49 promotional whole house plumbing checks and water heater flushes at 3 different properties The technician didn't seem to be interested in providing the services that had been requested but with "up-selling" services from new hot water heaters to new toilets at about $800. He had to be reminded to do the leak test for the toilets.. The hot water heater tank flush was at best a "partial draining" of the tank. After each task on the original service order there was pressure to purchase some other expensive service, " I have the replacement hot water tank right here on the truck, just $2500,00" Not be condition of tank just the age. I have had service from F.H. Furr in the past. This was very much like a "bait and switch" or a "loss leader" just to get into the customer's house. It was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Not well. The technician ( master plumber) was more interested in selling us other items for our home then repairing the leaking valve. The technician did not anchor in place the water drainage tube into the drain. The drainage hose came out and shot water into our finished basement (carpet and wall) and standing water in the unfinished basement. The manager never called me.

Cant thank the team at F.H. Furr enough for the quick response and thorough performance. We had a blocked drain and Alex from F.H. Furr showed up same day and was in and out within 45 minutes. It was a little more complicated than expected, but Alexa was extremely efficient and communicated through the entire job. Alexa was also very considerate by wearing shoe covering to help keep our carpets clean and a face covering to keep our family safe during this tough time. Great work all around!

Arrived on time and wearing mask. Checked system and tried multiple possibilities but ultimately needed a new thermostat and luckily still covered under warranty.

Absolutely great service from start to finish. Ultimately it was exactly what we needed and what everyone should expect from a service company. Called and related issues, and got a same day appointment. I know this depends upon workload etc, however it was great to get it fixed same day. Was called about 30 minutes prior to arrival make sure we were still there, I confirmed. Recewa text with picture and name of technician, Michael B., who was timely, competent, and nice! He practiced social distancing and wore a mask the entire time. Didn't take long and everything was working again. Very nice professional and comparably priced to competition. Will definitely hire again.
