The work was great but the cost was exorbitant. It took the technician five minutes to fix the leak identified by the gas company, for which we were charged $450. We understand he was required to inspect all other appliances in the house, for which we were charged $400. The only leak discovered was the leak the gas company missed on its side of the meter.

The yearly HVAC inspection was exceptional with stellar customer service. Donnie called and let me know he was on the way. There was a thorough inspection and explanation of my Lennox A/C system and provided recommendations. He and Zack answered all of my questions and was professional throughout the whole visit. Highly Recommend!

They came on time and answered all our questions before they started replacing my old HVAC. The whole system (air conditioner+heater+condenser) got replaced with new HVAC in less than the time I expected. They were very courteous all the way through the replacement process and made sure everything is covered up so that no dirt would stain the hallways and rooms. After the job is done, they went over in detail how to use new HVAC as well as what new things they added to make improvement to Duct/PVC piping/vents, to name a few. Overall, they did a very thorough job! They came on time and answered all our questions before they started replacing my old HVAC. Our drain tech was awesome !!! He took the time to make sure everything was explained to us, and was very detailed in his assessment of the issue. Needless to say, he remedied the pipe issue. He checked and double checked the drain before he left to make sure everything was in working order. We are very impressed with FH Furr and highly recommend them for all plumbing and heating needs.

As part of our service plan, we had our plumbing systems inspected. To make sure we were safe in the future, I had the technician drain the water heater and install an alarm in case of flooding or system failure. Everything went well and I highly recommend FH Furr.

Great job with removing existing HVAC system and installing a new one. Everyone was prompt from consultant to installers. Excellent communication via texts. I was told who was coming and when to expect them. Even received their pictures. Got a very good price through Costco. Installation was went smoothly with the system being thoroughly tested. I would definitely use them again.

My old furnace went out. FH Furr came out that day and gave me an estimate for repair. Due to the cost I opted for a new system that was installed two days later

Called 30 mins after they were scheduled to arrive asking to change the appointment. Then said the earliest they had was 3 months from now. I took the morning off from work and they pulled this at the last minute. Extremely unprofessional!
