Jacob was absolutely amazing..being from California I have never had a basement or water pump and he was so and explained how the system worked etc..I have the maintenance package with F.H.Furr so the visit was frees!!!! F.H.Furr is the best from the person schedules the appointment to the tech that comes out!

Our furnace blew out completely out of the blue, in the middle of winter. Within three days of calling FH Fuhr we had a new one installed. The price was fair and the estimator and installation team were friendly and professional. We hope to never need them again, but if we do they will be the first place we call.

Zach did a great job w inspection. Made it very easy and offered available options for further work with little pressure on having to do it.

Cori Chambers came out to do annual furnace inspection. He was on time, friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have been a customer of F.H. Furr for many years. Even though they are expensive, their work is the best and dependable.

F H Furr performed the annual inspection on my HVAC systems. Furr let me know when Duncan, my service technician, was on his way and provided an estimated arrival time. Duncan was personable and professional. He told me what he was going to do. He kept me informed of his progress and provided feedback, to include pictures. He performed all needed service. At each step he asked if I had any questions and provided easily understood answers. As I have a Furr service contract, there was no additional charges for the inspection and service. I highly recommend Furr and Duncan. I would give Duncan more stars if that was an option.

As a member, a yearly inspection is included and a few items were brought to mind. I verified whether those repairs were indeed indicated, via an independent source and proceeded with Furr. Their representative was responsive and eager to even teach me a few small thinks that I would be able to do, next time around as a DIY, if I would choose to. Honestly, their price is reasonable and it would not be worth my time, financially to do a water heater tank cleaning. I renewed my membership for another year. Worth it!

F. H. Furr technician Alexander Kuehne serviced our HVAC system thoroughly and rigorously. He clearly explained the issues he uncovered, priced-out remedial options, and worked late into the evening to fix everything. We would recommend him without hesitation!

The team that performed the duct cleaning was excellent. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They had good attention to detail and took care of property as if it were their own. They cleaned up after the work. We couldn't be more pleased with the teams F. H. Furr sends to do work.

Mr. Mohammed Barry in my opinion was prompt and appeared very knowledgeable about that job to be performed. F.H. Furr in the other hand was not what I expected. When I St up my appointment with F.H. Furr it was explained to them that I need my Aprilaire Model 80 steam humidifier serviced pertaining to a safety recall. It was also explained to the representative who supposedly checked to see if F.H. Furr could perform the requested service. I am very disappointed in F.H. Furr in their communications to their clients. In my opinion, F.H. Furr set their technician up to fail. I am not sure if I could trust F.H.Furr going forward. I will see if F.H. Furr can deliver. 2nd chance.
