Calvin Johnson our service technician from F.H. Furr did an outstanding job replacing our electrical panel box under emergency conditions just after rain water flooded the box. He was professional, timely, and efficient with finding and solving the problem. The office staff was great coordinating the work necessary work under extreme conditions. I highly appreciate and recommend Calvin and F.H. Furr team.

Very pleased that FH Furr exceeded my expectations with my HVAC needs twice now since being a member since 2021. The HVAC technicians are always very reliable, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to solve the problem at hand. I hope to not have such complex HVAC needs in the future, but Adriel C was able to figure out and address all the issues from the thermostat settings and outdoor unit parts and educated me along the way. He was also able to explain my warranty to me. I was not aware of all of the benefits. Ariel did a great job of getting my system working to election,

Paul came out to service my heater that went out today. It was about 55 degrees in my house and he went above and beyond to get my heat on today, h drove above 2.5 hours round trip to get my part and returned to my house the same day to install it. His hard work and dedication is truly appreciated.

This company is over-committed and not responsive to customers. Currently I have been waiting more than 2 months to complete a plumbing repair. Technicians are good but they are more interested in suggesting additional work than completing the job. Customer service is pitiful. Compare with others--FH Furr is very expensive.

Today’s service was outstanding. Adriel did an awesome job getting my broken furnace up and running today. Furr installed this furnace 6 years ago and we have had a lot of issues, but Adriel was super helpful and knowledgeable! He even corrected an issue that dated back to the original installation by installing a new humidifier pump and moving it to the correct, out-of-the-way location in the utility room.

Technician was top notch -professional and thorough. Dispatch needs some work.

Matt did a fantastic Job. I am selling my house and needed to get a new bathroom fan installed and he not only diagnosed on the first visit but went out of his way to go get the parts I needed and fit me back in on the same day. It was way more than I could’ve asked for and will be calling him for any electrical needs I have in the future.

We called FH Furr because we were experiencing low water pressure and assumed it might be caused by our water softener. Kevin trouble shooted the water pressure issue and determined that it wasn’t the water softener causing the problem, but that the expansion tank above the water heater had failed and wasn’t doing its job. Through Kevin’s expert knowledge and professional service he was able to provide us with recommendations and options to fix the issue.

Bill Scuteri did a great job keeping our unit well maintained. He took the time to explain everything. A real professional!
