Description of Work: Did a full diagnostic check on a/c unit inside and out. Gave us several options to why a/c wasn't cooling.

Description of Work: Replaced HVAC system in my rental Town House. Professional and very prompt even in the heat of summer. The system was installed in one day, just a few days after signing the contract. They weren't the lowest price, but they were the only company that could perform the work on a Saturday, and also offered very low financing options which made up for the slightly higher price.

Description of Work: They fixed three burst pipes in our crawl space and fixed our rotted out faucet and its associated plumbing. -- It went BEAUTIFULLY! "Compact" Kyle from FH Furr worked tirelessly for hours in unsavory conditions while keeping his sense of humor and kindness. FH Furr is THE BEST! We had them come for our HVAC replacement as well (it was quite a week) and that crew, whose names escape me now, were WONDERFUL! This company has never let us done in the ten years and three houses we've worked with them. We LOVE them!

Description of Work: Costco Deal - 2 A/C + Heating units installed - 2 crews with 2 Tech's - One Crew arrived very punctual and with their help the second crew's work was finished by 5 PM ! They all cleaned up behind them. However I must differentiate between crew 1 and 2, as well as we will find out about Quality in a little while... that's why the ratings fluctuate between A and B.

Description of Work: Experienced a leak under my kitchen sink. Replaced existing leaking kitchen faucet that I did not know needed replacing. Although I indicated I would go Home Depot (1 mile from my house) and buy a faucet, the tech recommended a faucet which he had on his truck that I had never seen nor selected beforehand. The installation was well done. However, the faucet was seriously overpriced (compared to Home Depot price) and its configuration does not meet my needs or taste. Result: FH Furr was very courteous, professional and forthcoming; the transaction is being cancelled with full refund; I am to select and install a faucet of my choosing (with another plumber, of my choosing); and then, advise when their faucet can be picked up.

Description of Work: Disconnect pre-filter for whole house water filtration system

Description of Work: I had an annual service contract with them. Every year they came out and told me I had to charge my coolant, but they were never able to diagnose the leak. They also didn't give me any warning either of my two units were on their last leg. Imagine my surprise when both units died within a week of one another. After all, they were looking at them twice a year -- or at least they were supposed to be looking at them.
