Description of Work: Installed a 2-stage Lennox HVAC system. Very professional company. A bit more $ than competitors but I felt you get what you pay for. Installation went very well.

Description of Work: Replaced dead furnace and old air conditioning with new furnace and heat pump. Estimator Sean was very thorough, very clear on what they would do and why. He emphasized they did things without cutting corners, and compared to the other bid I got, I could see several differences, at least one would have been a major inspection failure if I'd gone with the other company. It did result in a higher price than the other bid I got, by about $2500. While I appreciate that level of excellence, I think that big a price differential was not justified. Had I not had the Costco rebate I would not have gone with them (they include the Costco rebate in their price calculations, so it's hard not to think the prices are higher to offset that--I don't know that is the case, it just makes you wonder). The install team was outstanding for their professionalism, courtesy, the way their work looked, and the way they left the work area. Unfortunately I think there were a couple training issues. The heat pump was not working because they didn't open a jumper, and the electrical inspection failed due to wires not being marked as hot. Furr was VERY responsive in getting people out to rectify these issues.

Description of Work: Overall, they were ok. They came to their appointments on time (we had a sink issue and an A/C issue). They trucks were clearly marked so you knew who was coming to the door. They wore shoe protectors, which was also great. However, the workers did not seem clear on what the problems were. The sink guy had no clue, even though my husband wrote out on the service request form exactly what needed to be looked at. When he found out what was wrong, he gave good advice on what to do about it. The A/C guy was good in that he explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. However, he recommended services that were really unnecessary, which we found out when we got a second opinion.

Description of Work: Amazing response to AC problem. Diagnostic tech was out in 6 hours. Needed new Hvac unit (AC and heat). It was ordered and delivered the next day. And the following day the team was out to install it. Many thanks FH Furr!

Description of Work: Discovered that outdoor motor on heat pump(air conditioner) was burned out; ordered a new one and installed it. Motor was covered under extended warrantee, but labor was not covered.
