Description of Work: F H Furr performed a complete upgrade of my HVAC system to include duct work and staircase removal/reinstallation.

Description of Work: Technician Chris Currier went above and beyond my expectations. He replaced our 27 year old water main and pressure valve quickly and right the first time. In addition he replaced two boiler drains and a hose bid. Chris then worked with his dispacher at FH FURR to accommodate a last minute request on my part. A newly installed sink was leaking and needed repair. FH FURR was able to accommodate the time. Although he did not have the requisite part on his truck, he was able to run out and get what was needed and fix the issue. Thank you Chris Currier and FH Furr

Description of Work: We had a problem with our a/c and FH Furr came the same day and fixed the problem. The tech was very knowledgable and did a fast job. He also introduced me to the preferred partner program which gives a 15% discount on services. I then had a plumbing issue which was the water line into the refrigerator and an appliance issue not a plumbing issue. He shows me the problem which a refrigerator tech has to fix. Trevor was very helpful and there was no charge. He also offered some free insights on a couple of other simple plumbing issues. I will recommend FH Furr to others. Bob M. Clifton VA

Description of Work: Ron Rosales (Master Electrical Technician) came out to spec out a few minor jobs and noted to me that the bigger issue was the level of power service in the existing panel. I knew ahead of time that the service box most likely needed to be updated, so the amount of this work order was not surprising to me. He was very thorough in reviewing how the job would be completed and detailed the cost breakdown. Mr. Rosales also has a nice personality and seems very easy to work with- from a client to customer perspective. We have the job planned for a month from now and we are excited to have this work done by what we feel are competent techs and a company that supports their product.

Description of Work: Installed a new gas hot water heater. Arrived at scheduled time, inspected area to make sure everything would fit, drained and removed old (20 years old) hot water heater, installed new one (our selection from Home Depot), fixed a problem at no cost, cleaned up area and explained how the system works. Final county inspection cleared on 2/2/16. Everything working fine.

Description of Work: We have always been impressed with the professionalism of FH Furr and they are our first call for HVAC and plumbing repairs. This time we needed a new hot water heater. The hot water heater was brought to our house, we did not have a choice of brand. We were also interested in replacing our water treatment system, the service person took a sample of our well water, but we never received any further follow-up, even though we mentioned our interest when placing the initial request for service and again at the post-service review phone call from FH Furr. Otherwise, the water heater was replaced efficiently, the service person very professional and courteous.
