We did not use them.
Description of Work: The pilot light on my water heater went out. After troubleshooting, I determined that the thermal couple is was bad. I contacted FH Furr. Whenever they have been at my house, they have always tried to sell me on services and equipment that I might need or on things that might go bad. They are a good company, but this practice really turned me off and I will not use them again.

Excellent work.
Description of Work: Kyle came to repair a shower diverter and an outdoor hose bib. After multiple attempts to replicate the diverter leak as represented in a home inspection for a purchaser, he could not duplicate the problem. He then replaced a hose bib which was leaking. His work was neat and professional and he was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home.
