Gave advice that was valuable.
Description of Work: Needed to see if there was electrical damage. That was not able to be determined but they did provide good advice on other aspects of our electrical panel and also were able to eliminate some possibilities my wife and I had suspected to be a problem.

Everything went great!
Description of Work: The house was experiencing power outages in different rooms/outlets of the house. The tech was thorough and explained everything. There was a fee for troubleshooting, and then a cost for fixing the issue once the cause of the issue was found. Both numbers combined was several hundred dollars less than another company I received a quote from. I feel they were clear and reasonable and were able to go out on short notice.
