Marcus is a highly trained a capable plumber. The inspection was completed on my entire home to include the water heater and sump pump. He recommended a few upgrades to hopefully provide and extend the wear/ safety for my systems. I am also a preferred partner with FH Furr which provides annual plumbing, electrical and AC inspections at no additional cost.

Nabil came for a maintenance check-up on two very old AC units, offered good solutions to some issues and took a few hours to run the tests and make sure they were running effectively. Was very thorough and explained what he was doing the whole time.

Darvin arrived at 0800, the early side of my scheduled appointment time (8-12). He was professional and considerate when entering my house (shoe socks). Darvin was kind enough to tell me what he was doing as he was doing it during the initial part of the inspection. He was informative, knowledgeable and methodical.

I can’t say enough good things about Blake and the great work he did. He went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure the dryer ducts were squeaky clean, but in the process he discovered a major septic issue. The poor guy was trudging around in septic water and saved us from a much larger potential problem. It was above and beyond the call of duty and he did it with a smile. I didn’t catch the name of his coworker that was helping, but he was also wonderful. I will schedule the duct cleanings once per year and I will request this team again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the exceptional service!

We had Avery good experience of service from FH Furr electricians today, TJ Spencer and his apprentice Mathew. They were prompt, courteous, clean and helpful. TJ found several places where our wiring was inadequate and worked around those places to leave usin much better shape than he found us, including having us see the benefit of whole house surge protection, which is a new industry standard, which he was able to provide for a reasonable fee.

Drew did an excellent job with both the quotes for some future service to our main water cutoff valve and then the main project of replacing our back hose bib. For the quote he talked through his thinking on the best way to approach the job and suggested several options to make sure we would get the best value out of the needed work. On the hose bib, he did an excellent job minimizing the hole required in the wall, identified and replaced a backwards cut-off valve without prompting, and completing all work to a high standard of quality.

Excellent visit technician was thorough in his inspection and explanation of his findings went above and beyond in his explanation of my plumbing needs now and possible future requirements made expeditious repairs cleaned up behind himself and took away any trash he created he was friendly professional and very well versed in his profession did not use a whole lot of technical terms and explained things in terms I could understand if in the future I have plumbing needs I will call and ask for him even my cats liked him will use this service again and recommend to my friends and family

So enjoyable, fast, easy. Clearly explained by the expert Mr. Helton. I was miserable, with a clogged drain and broken disposal! Someone had even installed a wrong type of pipe under sink. Went shopping, came home to find all problems solved. He even cleaned the under-sink area. In bathtub, my water handle has fallen off daily for 2 years - he fixed in 10 seconds.
