It went better than expected. Carl and Enzo arrived on time and got to work right away. Carl is very organized and they worked nearly constantly the whole day. When they left everything was working and cleanup was complete.

FH had a fantastic technician come out to inspect and triage the issues. Wilmer was very helpful in providing the options and next steps we had. Within 3 hours we had another FH consultant out to help us with the quoting process for the new system. TJ was very personable and willing to spend the time going over the best solutions for moving forward. Thanks for the quality service and team!

Adner was fabulous! Adner reviewed all of our options for replacing our HVAC system. He did not encourage us to purchase the most expensive products, but based on the features and our needs, we chose the top of the line system. We were impressed with Adner's extensive knowledge of our system and the compatibility with the Lennox system. We are having the system installed next week!

Alonso was very helpful and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and recommended flushing the condensation line. But before he could do all of that, he helped out with an unexpected service. You see, when he first entered the house, a bird flew in over his head and flew up our 2-story stairwell!! While I coaxed the bird to fly back out, he opened the door to get it back out!! Team work! We had a good laugh over it.

Robert Ference,and his assistant came on time did a great job of answering questions and explaining the process they did a great job on the replacement of the the new water heater tank and removing the old water filter system that we no longer use overall we are satisfied with the quality and workmanship

Dannie was very thorough and careful during this service call. He checked everything plumbing related inside and outside our house, explaining what he was doing and why. He described in detail any repairs and upgrades he recommended. We were very pleased with his visit.

I was impressed with how quickly F.H. Furr was able to get a tech dispatched to my house (made the appointment on Tuesday for them to come that same Friday.) Technician Andrew H. was absolutely fantastic. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal, quoted us on the cost to replace it, and got straight to work. This was our first time using F.H. Furr and we’ll definitely keep them in mind in the future.
