They did an excellent job. They were very competent, and were always able to re-send any documents and items via email when I misplaced them, and they helped come up with another estimate when I needed them to. They were really good!

They have really great sales people who really know their product line very well. The only place that I don't recommend them in is their price as I think it is very high. The job they did was first class and professional. In the limited room they had to work in, they made it work and they did it very well. I think they could out fit their technicians better when they come out on a service call. I had one piece fail and I told them which part had failed. When they came out, they didn't bring the part and it ended up being the exact part that I told them about. Once I explained to them I had taken off work for the repair, they apologized and were very professional. They accommodated my schedule and came back for the repair after I got home from work. I am really happy with the job that they did.

The service went very well. Their bid was great and their service staff has been excellent. We had a glitch afterwards and they came out with the installation they came out and fixed it, everything went fine. I hired to do my duct cleaning and they're here right now doing the job. They're very professional and they know their stuff. They're very well informed, on time and there's just a lot of expertise and there's good follow through. They're a very professional company all the way around.

The whole thing was done in one day! They were very efficient and clean. They were very good. We purchased through Costco. It was a little more expensive than other estimates we got, but we thought they were more reliable. It was a superior quality product and service was great so it was worth it.

We got excellent service. The technicians that had come to service were very knowledgeable and courteous. They put protective covers over their shoes or boots when they come into the house. They have the proper tools and equipment. They do a very efficient diagnosis of the flows and the currents and the other parameters. They never pushed for additional features or things like that. I know that the equipment that we have is top-of-the-line quality and I think we paid a fair price for it.

We have a regular contract with them. We think very highly of them. We have a contract with them and they check the cooling system in the summer and the heating system in the winter, they look at the integrity for the air conditioning of the compressor, the blower, they check the filters, make recommendations about whether to change them, they'll change them if we want them to, or we change them ourselves. And then if they see anything that they think needs to be fixed, they make the recommendations for that and then we arrange to have that done. You get what you pay for. When we have an emergency, they come out right away.

Exactly as quoted, no up sells and significantly cheaper than other bids after a few discounts.

The company did arrive quickly, less than 2 hours. Told up front it was a cost of $1000. This quote is before they could locate the problem and before they knew what was involved. We had significant water standing under house but had been able to drain it before they came. After less than 90 minutes the job was done. This time includes from the moment they came to the house, talking to us, getting prepared, looking for the leak, turning water on and off many times, getting additional tools and about 15 minutes of capping off the line. Water leak was stopped but the problem not repaired, just capped off. Never thought it would take such a short time, never thought I would have to find the leak (the technician couldn't find it) and never thought it wouldn't be totally fixed. They told me we would have to find another company to come back and reconnect the disconnected pipe. After complaining they did return some of the money. A and quot;ONE SET UPFRONT PRICEand quot; CAN GET YOU REALLY OVERCHARGED! Plumbing can be expensive but not $750 an hour.

Appointment was set for 12:00 - 1:00. Shows up at 12:30 - someone was home to let FH Furr in to inspect and quote for two new heating and air conditioners. Upon the arrival the salesman stated that the Mr. or Mrs. needed to be home. Got a call from FH Furrs' office stating if I was not there within 5 minutes the salesman would leave. I stated that if he was not there when I arrive they would not do my work! As I was two driveways away he left. What kind of behavior is this? Won't get my business! Call Home Depot and they were extremely apologetic!

They were great but we didn't end up going with them because they cost a little too much money. The gentleman that came out was fantastic and very professional. He came back twice actually and gave us a quote. He could have worked with us on the price but he just couldn't get it down enough for us so we went with someone else. He was out here within an hour the day we contacted him.

Excellent experience - professional on all levels. Arrived on-time and immediately began work. Stayed on the job until the install was completed and tested. Left the job site clean and neat.

Jack, the F.H. Furr representative, described my options and spent time answering my questions. The installers arrived on time, removed the old system, and installed the new HVAC components. All all the staff were pleasant and professional. It was an excellent experience.

I had an undersized, builder-grade HVAC system replaced with a super-high efficiency one, along w/ installing a humidifier. They had to reschedule my install the day before they were initially scheduled to do the work because another rush job came up for a family whose system was dead (ours was not). So they asked if we could reschedule in exchange for a free extension of the annual maintenance plan from 1 year to 3. Job was completed within the allotted time, and it looks and functions great. On a bit of an aside: they left behind no less than 7 'FH Furr' stickers attached to various items on the system in the basement (as well as the hot water heater, which wasn't even part of the job). Imagine if Zorro was an HVAC installer, and he just did battle with the Mexican army in my basement. Looks about like that.

They performed a home inspection to make sure the unit from Costco would be the correct size and efficiency we needed. Performed the service on the agreed upon date and were within 2 minutes of the time set early that was. Install went smoothly and came back a week later to adjust the variable speed blower. Utility bills are down near 40%.

I seem to remember that the consultant was late. He was supposed to show up between 12 and 1, and I think it was closer to 1pm. The whole process took too long -- he was at my house for at least an hour. By contrast, another vendor sent a consultant who showed up on time, and when I expressed concern about needing to get back to work, he was finished within 15 minutes. FH Furr spent the hour drawing up the proposal, and then attempting to up-sell other services. While the consultant was very thorough and answered all of my questions, I would prefer the proposal to be sent to me after the fact so that I don't have to spend time out of the office during my work day. In addition, FH Furr's estimate was more than $1000 over another vendor's estimate -- even after the Costco and quot;discountand quot; (Costco store credit) had been applied.

They were fabulous. We got a service contract and they come check my furnace, AC,and plumbing throughout the year. Their service people and their call center people are just fabulous.

The employees from F.H. Furr were all very friendly and polite and wore booties in my home to protect the carpet while they were in the house. They explained in detail what they were doing and how to operate the system. With the new system everything is a lot quieter and efficient. Our new system doesn't come on half as much as the old system yet the house is always comfortable.

Needed to have 1980's furnace replaced, so we also updated the central Air Conditioning too. After getting quotes from five different contractors, we chose FH Furr Plumbing and heating (through Home Depot). They were better able to answer all my questions and provide a complete, detailed quote. We went with a complete Lennox system. FH Furr were punctual and clean. There was some miscommunication between the installers and the home office on what exactly was included in the job, but it got worked out eventually. The installers took 11 hours to complete the job. I wasn't happy with some of the finishing details and told the main office that. The following week they sent another more experienced installer over and he did a great job of re-doing some of the installation details. He stayed 3 hours. Since they corrected what I wanted, I was happy in the end. Good overall experience.

Technician was very friendly and courteous. On time and didn't waste any time. Explained price of each repair before starting work. Cleaned up nicely after finishing job.

They're very good. The service people are very good and thorough. They're very professional and cleans up their mess which is important to me.

Everything went smoothly. The installers were on time, polite, and thorough. After the installation was complete, I inspected the blown-in fiberglass coverage and asked for more insulation in a particular area. The installers were happy to comply with my request.

The repair tech was the ABSOLUTE WORST I have had in 20 years of getting home repairs. Came into my house and did not say hello or greet me with ANY kind of spoken words. Continued to NOT SPEAK TO ME throughout his visit except for and quot; sign here, it will be 3500 dollarsand quot; . It was really weird. Not Sure if the whole company is this bad but when we called and complained, they really didn't seem to care or be surprised by what we were telling them.

It was fine. I think they were cheaper than the other HVAC company in terms of the install that I had done. Their maintenance contract seemed to be a bit higher. They were quick with responsiveness.
