Trevor Via was very professional and took his time to explain every detail of his plumbing inspection and the work he had to do when replacing the main water valve. I learn so much every time a FH furr tech perform service in the home. They will teach & explain everything they are doing. Trevor was patient and takes pride in his work.

We have been using F H Furr for approximately 16 years now and have never been disappointed in the services that they provide. Their technicians are always courteous, professional and take the time to do things right the first time. The products that they install are of excellent quality and we have always been happy with them. This time was no exception. At the start we were given the run down of options for our situation, the prices on everything and the amount of time that it was estimated to take. They arrived fully stocked with all the items and supplies that they needed and were not fazed when minor adjustments (due to the age of the house) were required. They were also able to promptly quote me a price on some additional work I had been considering and decided on the fly to let them accomplish while they were here. The work itself was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time with minimal disruptions to the household. Based on their past work in my home (plumbing repairs and add ons, replacing AC/Heat units, installing a whole house generator and other minor electrical work) I anticipate many years of trouble free operation. As a side note : If you are given the opportunity to sign up for their service plan DO SO! Even if absolutely nothing goes wrong in your home, you will recoup the cost of it through the preventative maintenance checks they do. If something does go wrong, the prompt service and discounts you receive are icing on the cake.

It went extremely well. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. customer service agent was very good in keeping us up to date with our appointment schedule and FH Furr technician arrived on time and was abke to diagnose the issue immediately and resolve it. Our AC was back up and running within an hour. We are very happy and satisfied with FH Furr and highly recommend it. Thank you FH Furr.

Chris C. was great to work with. He was honest, professional, and triple checked all of his work. Plumbing work is expensive in general in this area, but I feel confident in the work that was completed because the parts used for replacement were high quality, and they tested everything out multiple times before leaving. I feel like I received high quality work and service.

According to the maintenance engineer that was servicing our new handler, we learned that the company that installed our new air handler in the attic wrapped the air handler with duct work insulation and taped up the doors. If he had not pointed this out, we would be none the wiser. Totally not up to code and we have contacted the other company that performed the subpar work.

I can't begin to tell everyone what an absolutely outstanding experience that I had with FH Furr from start to finish. My AC problems occurred in the middle of the recent heat wave. Yet I received an appointment without delay. The technician/salesman that came out was Sean. He was great. Words that I would use to describe him...patient, knowledgable, credible, honest, informative and thorough. After he left the house, I felt a sense of calm and relief knowing that I just met someone that could get the job done without worry. My install was scheduled within a day and a half of my signing the contract. The teams that performed the work came exactly on time, stayed focused on their work all day and left the house and the outside work area clean. There are lots of companies that do this type of work. Oftentimes you don't know if you're going to get good or bad. I have had experience with four similar companies and I rank FH Furr as number 1. I'm very very happy

Curtis Duncan came in and diagnosed the PROBLAM and gave good advice. I was able to make a educated decision based on recommendations. Left the house clean and would diffently use Curtis agian.

The technician, Paul Ruecker, Jr., arrived on time and quickly and efficiently performed the check of my 13 year old a/c. He was courteous and professional and answered any questions that I had so that I could understand what he was doing. I would recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors.

Shawn Rose came out to inspect the leak in the expansion bottle on my water heater. He was very professional, explained why the leak had occurred, and provided recommendations for preventing future occurances.

Kyle also was so kind to advise me of a recent fix done by my handyman wasn't technically up to the current code. He advised possible next steps. The valve is working great that Kyle replaced and now I can wash laundry without worry of water leaking. He cleaned up after his work and left no traces.

Today Patrick Close was my technician. He was polite, knowledgable, and seemed genuinely interested in helping. After my expierience with Patrick I wont be using any other HVAC company.

Technician Patrick Close was on time and very courteous. He explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions, notified me of upcoming potential maintenance and repairs without a long speech of possible calamities and warnings, then suggested (but did not hard-sell) a product to reduce allergens. He then was certain to clean up after himself (attic insulation). Overall an excellent service visit!

What an excellent service call. Andrew was here to do yearly system maintenance as well as review some points raised by an independent home inspection. He was very thorough and explained in great detail everything that he was seeing and, what, if any, action was taken or was required. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service he delivered and that I've come to expect from F.H. Furr in general.

We called FH Furr for assistance when our attic HVAC stopped working on one of the hottest days of this summer. We had just had the maintenance check done two weeks earlier by our maintenance company (a different company). When we contacted them about the issue and asked them to come back out, there first concern was what they would charge us for a return trip. We've been with this maintenance company for over 10 years. As a long standing customer we expected a little more in the customer service department. This company did send a technician out two days later and after about a five minute look said that we just needed to add some Freon. In the interim we had also contacted FH Furr in desperation since they had performed the initial install on the unit. Their technician (Deke Mohrman) just happened to come out within an hour after the maintenance company visit. He almost immediately noticed some discrepancies in the information we were provided by the maintenance company and in the actual readings for the unit versus what we had been told. We could tell almost immediately that he knew what he was talking about. He performed a more detailed and thorough inspection/assessment and located the REAL problem. The part that was needed for repair was ordered immediately (same day) and had arrived within one business day. Deke returned the first day after the part had arrived and completed the repair. It was hot outside and EXTREMELY hot in our attic. But Deke never complained, remained completely professional and finished the repair in a couple of hours. The attic HVAC has been operating perfectly ever since. We were so impressed with their customer service and knowledgeable technician that we have decided that FH Furr has earned our business for our yearly maintenance as well.

Very well. He got the AC going again even though it needed a part. He ordered the part and came back to install it. This was very welcome as AC broke down in the hottest week of the summer.

If I needed anything above my capabilities, I would definitely look at them. They're a bit pricey sometimes, it seems to me, but I really haven't shopped around much. I've heard people say that they're a bit high and you can get better rates, but I prefer not to shop around sometimes, when you know you're going to get good quality performance out of what you're paying for. That particular time, I was a little financially strapped. My credit card had a payment due. The payment was scheduled to be posted the very next day. I called Discover and they said, "Okay, if it gets here you can use the card tomorrow." Then I talked with the company and they went ahead and did the service and allowed me to call them the very next day, with the number, so that they could then post the charges. So they're very, very easy to work with for financing or anything like that. They're very, very good.
