F.H. Furr Plumbing Heating AC & Electrical

I was very happy with the work my tech(Robert Marcou) did at my home. I would absolutely recommend FH Furr to anyone but I would make sure to tell them to ask for Mr. Marcou to be there electrician.

Paul Reuker with F.H. Furr was fantastic! He was completely up front with us from the start. At the beginning of our NOVA heat wave our AC struggled to keep up with the heat. Paul came and topped off the refrigerant. He let us know it would most likely not be a permanent fix and suspected a leak. He also recommended some safety features to have in place. Sure enough, two days later the ac was once again unable to keep up. Paul came back, found the leak and shared the repair plan with us. He sent over two estimates that covered finding and fixing the leak, as well as an estimate for finding, fixing the leak and the safety upgrades. He came back to complete the work, took the job even while he was on vacation and finished the job for our family. He was very professional and very kind to our four little ones who were VERY interested in his every move. Always had good experience with F. H. Furr technicians, and Paul is one more excellent professional we had the privilege of working with.

Ty was great, very thorough and professional. He walked me through all areas of con and presented several options.

Excellent. East scheduling, technician identify and arrived on time. He did a complete walkthrough inspecting all the electrical panel, switches, outlets, Thomas also answers my concerns and made recommendations.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and AJ was absolutely brilliant. He came promptly within an hour of submitting our request with Furr. He was immediately able to identify the issue and suggest a corrective action. AJ waited patiently as we spent time deciding if we wanted to follow his recommendation. It was a chaotic afternoon with my toddler running around and AJ stayed absolutely calm, patient, and professional. He helped to come up with a creative solution when our water pressure became an issue in getting our icemaker working. We were highly satisfied and grateful to AJ for his excellent service today. I would give him 7 stars if I could!!

Thomas Benner was very patient and detailed in explaining things around the house as part of the electrical inspection. Walked me through all the options available as well.

I stupidly got snowed by FH FURR 5 years ago and purchased new AC units plus a bunch of upsell items that ended up costing me 25K plus. Since that time, I've consistently had issues with the systems and have had the company back almost yearly to deal with something or another. Just 2 months after the labor warranty ends, the same unit that I've had issues with for years blows due to a bad thermostat, circuit, and wiring. Utterly pathetic but for just $890 more they can fix it and if I get their quarterly maintainance plan everything will be back up and running. Despite repeated (daily) messages to speak with anyone that is a decision-maker about my continued issues, the company has simply decided to not even respond to me. Bottomline: this company is a joke. Their "technicians" do questionable work and constantly attempt to upsell and their customer service is ridiculous. I wish I could give a zero rating.

Mike was great. He was efficient and very informative; even gave me answers to questions I didn't evn know to ask. I'll be requesting him by name next time.

Ben was great to work with. He walked me through every step of his inspection and addressed all my concerns. At the end, he gave me several options for repairs based on my priorities and budget. I highly not only recommend FH Furr but would ask for Ben to meet your plumbing needs.

Christian Alvarez-Reyes performed expert, professional work on my list of electrical jobs. He arrived on time and efficiently worked on each task, explaining and offering options as needed. He was courteous and very fun to talk with as he did his work. I will be certain to ask for him again for any future electrical tasks needed. I was very impressed with his high level of expertise and training. So far, all employees I've met have been outstanding! 5 stars!

Nabil and Colton arrived right on time. They were polite, informative, and professional. They answered all my questions and got my AC unit working within less than an hour. The service was reasonably priced (that being said, no AC service is cheap). there was a $75 AC service coupon on their website which I failed to mention at the time of service, but I called the F.H. Furr office in Lorton, VA, and Jordan, from client services said he would credit it to my account anyway.

Excellent service. The technician arrived on time and quickly started the inspection. After the inspection I got an easy to understand report and recommendations. My questions and concerns were answered. The required repairs done quickly. Thank you.

Everything went really well and Brian was very friendly and efficient. He immediately identified the issues we were having with our system and made appropriate suggestions to resolve them. We’ll definitely use this company again.

The inspection went done, and the inspector did well, however, I am still waiting for the recommendations report, I was expecting someone with more experience for an old HVAC system.

TAHDJAI was phenomenal. He was very efficient and made sound recommendations. He was always clear and concise with his communications so I always knew what was going on.

Service Call was placed with F.H.Furr as AC was making loud noise while running. Techie Charles shier came and said blower wheel is causing the noise and there are also other things like capacitor, mother board, ionic filter, coil need to be replaced and put uv light etc, and gave estimate over $6100, suggested instead of paying for repairs, get a new one with FH Furr. I opted for an estimate, he said as the replacement is going to take time, I will make the system work temporarily for about $900/- , which can get credited when system is replaced and opted for interim solution, he fised and left late evening and it ran for 10-15 mins and stopped after making loud noise. I got a 2nd opinion from different AC company, to our dismay, Charles Shier from FH Furr unscrewed the blower, removed the housing brackets and left it as is without securing it so that when AC runs blower motor & wheel can damage and stop working so they can replace the whole system. Sure enough that is what happened ,see the pics. please stay away from this conman who is selling unwanted repairs and systems.

Hunter is super innovative, patient, and skilled. He worked diligently to repair my AC while my house was up to 85 degrees! Thank you so much!
