F H Furr Plumbing Heating AC & Electrical seems really knowledgeable about reviewing our current system and telling us what we needed. I gave them a B over-all it's because it's taking them a long time, like their communication is a little lacking. It would be nicer if they could get back to you faster. Their price is a little bit less than other providers and they seem as knowledgeable as they are. It seems to equal out. We're considering using them in the future.

I had lost the card for Russell about a year and a half ago, and was super thrilled that I accidentally got him as a tech again! His honesty and treatment are a wonderful asset to F.H. Furr.

I chose Furr to install my HVAC unit because I had heard wonderful things about them. The last visit from from them definitely confirmed that they are by far the best in the business. My technicians name was Patrick Close and he exceeded my expectations. Throughout his entire visit I was absolutely impressed. Not only did he take careful care to respect my home and keep it clean but he was extremely knowledgable and answered my questions in a way that did not make me feel ignorant. He was very professional and made me feel like my money was well spent. I can only hope that every technician in Furr's arsenal is as presentable and professional as he is.

Technician was great. Found the pipe and fixed it within a couple hours.

Went very well. They did the work as stated and the cost was better than I expected. The Heat pump I have is fairly new so I have not had issues with it. Patrick Clos and Marco Polo were good at making thing right to have it run correctly.

Technician was very professional and efficient

Went extremely well. Patrick arrived on the minute of the scheduled appointment. He was courteous and personable and displayed a high degree of professionalism.. He took the time to explain the problems he detected with my humidifier. He made a couple of recommendations for humidifier replacement/upgrade. He made sure that the emailed receipt had arrived before departing. To date this was the best experience I have had with FH Furr heat pump maintenance..

Patrick Close, of F.H. Furr, was very professional and showed great detail and information regarding what needed to be completed on our AC unit and humidifier. This is a rental property for us and he took the time to send me before and after photos of what work was completed. He was honest and upfront about everything. Highly recommend Patrick Close of F.H. Furr!!!

Went very well. No problems or issues.

It went very well, surprisingly fast (ten minutes) and, to the casual observer or novice electrician, not very technically difficult. Lloyd was professional and timely, but after seeing how quickly and easy the work was (I had done similar work myself before, just not with chandliers), $350 for literally ten minutes of work was eye-popping. We were in a time crunch and not left with options, otherwise we would have found a how-to video on Youtube. So if you have the time to explore options and get a better sense of what the problem/issue/work is, we would have gone a different route. Thank Angie's List for the discount, otherwise it would have costed $440.

Although the price was higher than I expected Travis and F.H. Furr treat my home like it is their house. This instills confidence that I can trust them to do the work contracted right the first time and stand behind the work they do. This is always worth a premium price to me.

Curtis Duncan came to my home and was great! He was professional but friendly. He listened to my concerns about the problem and then diagnosed it quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt very comfortable with the outcome. He made spending a LOT of money as enjoyable as could be. I ask lots of questions and he spent the time to answer all of them with a smile!

Perfectly! Mark was thorough, professional and efficient. He listened, made great suggestions and left us with new lighting in our workshop and storage area. He replaced outlets and switches, made a change to bring the laundry room up to code, and replaced exterior GFIs. I also use Furr for HVAC and for pluming work and have been very satisfied.

Russell was great! Examined entire system, and quickly found and resolved the problem.

Lloyd Ferguson arrived on time and efficiently repaired our doorbell system

We highly recommend this company for plumbing, heating and A/C repair and service. We keep on coming back to this company whenever we have a problem or need service. The employees in the call and dispatch center are very friendly, helpful and responsive. In the many years we have been dealing with this business we have never had a negative experience. The service technicians are extremely well trained and familiar with the latest technology therefore able to do a first rate job/repair. Their professionalism, punctuality and courtesy is impressive and commendable. We cannot think of another company to call on for future service. Recently, we had to have a damper replaced and met Mr. Deke Mohrman, the company's senior HVAC service technician, who impressed us with his knowledge, experience and professionalism. He identified the problem which also involved moving a water supply line. We are extremely satisfied and happy with Deke's service repair call and appreciate his excellent work and help. We will not hesitate to call on him. F.H.Furr is an excellent, reliable and price competitive company we highly recommend.
