I was very pleased with the work Alex Boland did inspecting my HVAC system. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also gave me suggestions for keeping my system running smoothly.

I have 2 sump pumps in my basement with battery backups. H. R. Furr responded quickly and professionally. Curtis Duncan was the plumbing technician and he was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and what the cost would be. Both sump pumps were replaced in time for pending hurricane threats this weekend. 5 stars!

Great! Installed on time, and without any issues. Would recommend FH Furr to anyone in the NOVA area, and I would ask for Curtis if it is plumbing related. He did not try to sell me anything, gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision, which is what I expect from any vendor I work with. FH Furr has my business for as long as I own my home!!

Curtis Duncan did a great job. My parents are getting older and he took his time and told them what all their options were and how much it would be before he did any work. They are very pleased with Curtis and his professionalism and service.

It went very well from start to finish. We were able to speak to someone on a Sunday and they scheduled the service for this Tuesday. He called before he came and was prompt, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He resolved all our problems to our satisfaction.

Ron came out and the experience was good. Would recommend them.

I originally posted this on another website but want more people to it. This review is based solely on my experience in getting someone out to look at a water heater problem. I am scheduled for an appointment on Monday Sep 26 between 8 to 8:30 am. Comes 8:45, no one shows up so I called the office. The person on the phone was nice. However, I was informed all plumbers are in a meeting right now and the earliest they can come is around 10 to 11. Why aren't we notified of this? She has no idea. We have to leave at 12 so this change will not work. The person then put us on hold to speak to her supervisor to see how to make it up to us. Then she asked what other day would work and she would change the appointment day right away! We took today off for this and the another appointment so we asked if 4 pm would work. The lady checked and said she cannot guarantee it since they don't have night plumbers. But after asking to speak to her supervisor who hides behind the scene and we never got to speak to, the person was able guarantee someone to come at 4 or later. I am not sure how this is possible all of a sudden or if it's a way for them to get us off the phone. Due to this whole experience, I'm very very skeptical someone will be here. For a company who cannot keep their appointments and have no interest in informing their customers, that says a lot.

Kyle N. was super professional. He explained everything to me and gave excellent advice. For everything he found wrong he provided me with multiple solutions and options in writing, not to mention every special deal he could find for it. Moreover, he gave me a second opinion on an issue that has been going on with the plumber used by my home warranty company for 9 months. No kidding!! Kyle had the problem identified and provided me with all the information and part numbers to fix it in 5 minutes. Based on this my home warranty is finally moving forward. Anything plumbing : Ask for Kyle!!

Technician Richard Killeen recommended Air Scrubber Plus during morning scheduled boiler check. He retuned in the afternoon an installed the Air Scrubber Plus. He has been to our house several times for routine checks. He always provides prompt, polite and informative service.

Jimmy was able to snake the line and clear it. It was clogged with grease and gunk. Jimmy was able to be persistent in working to clear the line - and he went the extra step to make sure it was fully cleared. I am so grateful that he was able to clear the blockage. He was professional, friendly, on-time and cleared up everything just like it was his own home. I would definitely recommend F H Furr again!

Service rep was Richard Killeen. He was courteous, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Identified the problem and made recommendations. No hard sell. Explained what needed to be done now and what could wait. A/C working when he left. Very thorough.

Patrick and Marco (a trainee) arrived during the window I had been given (10 am to 2pm.) The company promises to call you an hour ahead of the arrival time so you do not have to be stuck at home waiting for the entire time. They arrived when they were supposed to and were very professional and pleasant. They inspected the airconditioning and furnace and informed me of their findings. Both Patrick and Marco are great representatives of F.H.Furr.

Had Justin out today for my yearly inspection. Found a couple small problems and took care of them for me quickly and at a reduced rate(have15% off from my service plan). I have used FHFURR for years and technicians like Justin keep me coming back!

Excellent attention to detail and checking current state and making sure it was ready for the winter months. He also gave us a tip for a part of the system that they don't even maintain (an attached humidifier), which was appreciate. All around, great job. F H Furr installed this furnace/AC as part of the Costco 'package deal' and did an excellent job there, also. Highly recommended.
