Good overall experience. Knowledgable technicians. Prices for suggested repairs/services seemed exorbitant, but they priced out options for later consideration.

Patrick Close was great....he introduced himself asked about any concerns and got right to work. He reminded us that the capacitor for our fan motor was at a point of needing to be replace, which I had been putting off. Patrick was very helpful in understanding the pricing and offered to honor a previous quote if it had been lower than current pricing. Sadly the quote was the same but Patrick found a discount for us which made it much easier to handle the repair. Thanks Patrick for being very helpful!

Patrick Close with FH Furr was tremendously professional and courteous during this service visit. First of all, I was rushing home to meet at our appointment time, and even tho I was a several minutes late, Patrick waited patiently at my door for me to arrive! Then we put clean booties on over his shoes when he entered the house! He was efficient, thorough, and we even patient with my kids running around all over the place. I can honestly say it was one of the easiet and impressive service tech visits I've ever had and I'm a stickler. Well done Patrick and FH Furr!

It went very well. He was prompt and advised me when there would be an additional charge which I agreed to.

Technician arrived, listened to what the problem was, tested wiring and installed new light. Once completed, he tested the sensor and lights several times and adjusted the arms of the lights to where we wanted them on the yard. Technician was prompt, polite and courteous.

Service was impecable. Patrick was on time, prepared and knowledgeable about everything.

The maintencek work was performed as specified in the work order. The technician, Jimmy Cody was very courteous and helpful in providing information and instruction to me on how to properly clean my system on a monthly basis. Mr. Cody also thoroughly tested the system's blower and heat pump heating and cooling temperatures as I looked on. I am thoroughly satisfied with Mr. Cody's technical performance and highly recommend him to other customers.

Patrick C. came out and performed the annual heating and A/C check on my heat pump unit. He checked the performance of the outside heat pump unit, tightened some screws that came loose, checked the heating unit in the attic, made sure the filters were clean and replaced recently and made a suggestion for a air filter/cleaning system.

very pleased with the service. As far as the price, it seemed a bit high but we haven't had any plumbing done for quite a while.

We suffered a broken kitchen faucet on a Sunday afternoon, I contacted F. H. Furr via their web site mid-afternoon and received an appoint for the next day (Monday, Columbus Day Holiday). They could not guarantee a specific time then, but they manage to have someone stop by by mid-afternoon (following a confirmation call 30 minutes in advance). Trevor quickly diagnosed the problem, it required the replacement of the faucet for the failure of a non-removable hose. Trevor had an acceptable replacement faucet and quickly replaced it. I also had him check a shower stall outlet that would not completely shut off the flow of water. Replacement valve stems were required. Unfortunately, Trevor did not compatable valve stems for my forty-five year old plumbing. Trevor was able to identify the needed parts, and found that his supplier had them in stock. Trevor picked the stem valves up early the next morning and had them installed by mid-morning. I am pleased by the whole process and F. H. Furr's staff.

Trevor was up in the attic drained a clogged vent and puts trappings on a buckled vent pipe which was causing rainwater to backup and clog the vent. I thought the company was expensive, but they responded promptly and the problem was explained and fixed right away.

Lloyd was very efficient and polite I'd recommend him to do electrical work anytime.

I can't express my sense of relief and joy that FH Furr was so easy to work with and attentive. I called them this morning, and by 3:30, they had a nice gentleman at my door, ready, willing and able to fix the problem! He didn't try to upsell me on anything, explained all the steps of the solution and was a truly nice young man. Thank you Robbie and FH Furr for making my life that much easier!
