They were good. I didn't have any problems with them so I found them to be responsive. They were very thorough, they worked very hard, they had a crew here and they are so bent in complete in getting this project done. We did have a two things we need to resolve that's minor thing and other wise I would say I was impress with them.

A 5 star evaluation is insufficient to describe electrical technician Mr. Ferguson’s performance, dedication, customer service, and professionalism. We have been a customer of F.H. Furr for 26 years for a reason, we’ve been very happy with the service. Our first encounter with Mr. Ferguson was when our standby generator needed repairs. It was clear he intended to solve our problem and displayed a sense of urgency that was reassuring since we have a medical device that requires power. Mr. Ferguson displayed great patience as he methodically began the process of diagnosing the problem, testing all possible causes and coordinating with appropriate offices. Then he came back to complete the repairs and retesting. In each instance, Mr. Ferguson’s attention to detail, coordination with the generator manufacturer and his office, as well as his accessibility for questions combine with genuine customer concern to produce the desired results. These qualities place Mr. Ferguson in an exclusive class of specialists. He also provided educational advice in understandable terms regarding the generator. He was meticulous in executing his responsibilities, which is demonstrated by coordinating with the right people for the right parts and those parts showing up in the timeframe he stated. Not only did he complete the repairs, he even waited for the scheduled automatic generator self-test to ensure it worked properly. He did not leave until he and we were satisfied. The customer service he provided during the repair process was exceptional, but he went further. Mr. Ferguson actually noted the week day and time for the generator self-test and, to our absolute surprise and delight, called us a week later on that day to ensure the weekly generator self-test occurred. And yes we subsequently had 2 instance of power failure and the generator performed as required, thanks to him. Mr. Ferguson brought a wealth of knowledge and service that proved invaluable. Although he had other customers, we always felt that we were his only customer. As a retired Army veteran, I was particularly impressed by his sense of urgency and his performance. Exceptional performance and customer service can be taken for granted when it is consistently received over 26 years, but Mr. Ferguson is a true reminder to appreciate it and one of the reasons we will continue to do business with F.H. Furr.

Great tech. Patrick was honest and did. It try to price gauge us. Very friendly and will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent. Patrick Close carefully explained each step and meticulously inspected the system. He cheerfully answered all questions and provided us quotes for ways we could improve the system (air scrubber & humidity control).

The heat pump was off balance, it had shifted. Steve Orellana spent a great deal of time making sure the unit was in place and balanced. Then he taped tit to make sure the connection was air-tight. He went above and beyond the call of duty in doing this. His work is truly superb!

The technician William was very thorough in his work and was willing and able to answer my questions. He also was able to work up a couple of estimates for future electrical work so that I could allow for budgeting my money to have the work completed.

Our most recent call was serviced by Furr's technician named Kyle Northrop. Kyle was outstanding in every way. He arrived on time, worked patiently with us, shared the full benefit of his experience and knowledge with us, and guided us to make the best decision for us. In this particular case, the problem turned out to be a very minor one that I could easily fix myself for very little money by purchasing an inexpensive part from Lowe's. I did that and the problem is completely gone. But the amazing thing is that Furr/Kyle did not charge me a cent since the problem was so easy for him to diagnose. Nothing! Note even a diagnostic fee or any base fee to come out to our house. I would highly recommend Kyle, and any other technician at FH Furr - since they have all been great - with no reservations!

The technician William was very proffessional. He communicated with me every step of the way especially after encountering unforeseen issues after opening up my wall. The job was completed in a timely manner. He thoroughly enjoys what he does, he worked with the same precision on his last job of the day as I am sure he did on his first. When using FH Furr's Electrical services I will be absolutely be requesting William.

IN 4 HOURS I HAD HOT WATER FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE PRECISE, GAVE UPFRONT PRICING, AND EQUIPMENT WAS ON THE TRUCK.

Our Tech, Kyle Northrop diagnosed the problem and installed a Pilot Thermal coupling device. He also did a burner test to make sure there were no leaks. He provided us with 2 estimates, one for installing the device and one to replace the whole heater. He stated that our unit was in good shape and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely go with Furr again and ask for Kyle. He is an asset to the company.

Wonderful, we got lots of information and advice to improve the safety or our existing plumbing.

They're who the developer had had. I had them up until I got the new system. They were usually punctual. They could mainly improve on the price. Adco gives me the same service, if not better, for a lower price. There was a leak in the air conditioning system, but I don't know if that was their problem or just the system was old.

Curtis was amazing, very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This was thru my membership with Costco.They had to do more work inside, I liked that they covered up everything they had done, as far as making sure the stairs and everything was covered. This work was a little more complex and challenging than the other work. They showed up on time, it was 2 guys. The young guy was very responsive and quick, and moved around. The other guy used my kids bathroom and I was a little annoyed. There is a guest bathroom downstairs. They did a little more negotiations and they called back with better prices.

They did everything that we asked and was very honest that it would cause more problems to move the line.

It went well, he was professional and courteous, knows his routines and did a good job.

He was on time, gave me a quick brief on some common issues and then went on to do the diagnostic. Once he found out the source of the issue that was preventing my living room outlets from working, he gave me different options on how to fix th electrical issue. Afterwards the job only took about 25 minutes to complete.

The process went as great as I would of wanted.

They replace AC in my rental unit too. Very good or I wouldn't use them if they weren't. Attentive to my desires to what I wanted. Ability to accommodate what we were asking to do. Professionalism, attitude and handling things. No problem with working with them. Very helpful, congenial and knowledgeable.

Mr. Tanner was prompt, courteous, and professional. Upon his departure, the new line/circuit worked perfectly.

The technicians from fh furr are always professional. I appreciate that they always wear boot covers when they're working inside. I had questions about an air cleaner system and the tech was very knowledgeable and left me with more info but didn't pressure me into making a decision. I think their filters are a little pricey but the annual service agreement is comparable to competitors. We've used fh furr for almost 5 years and have always been pleased with the technicians. Our technician was Patrick Close. The cost is for an annual service agreement.

The inspections were carried out by Kyle (plumbing) and Patrick (HVAC). The inspections were very thorough and efficient. Both folks were very professional and willing to educate on the issues found in both systems. At the end of the day, we had work done on the HVAC system, but both Kyle and Patrick provided estimates on additional work that we could have. With the FH Furr membership, those estimates included a very useful discount. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with FH Furr and will request the services of Kyle and Patrick in the future for the additional issues that were raised.
