I had my twice annual inspection. It turned out the humidifier motor had gone bad, so Patrick Close installed a new one. He put everything back to way he found it and cleaned up after himself. He cleaned the filter and advised me about buying disposable ones (pleats, but don't go bells and whistles). A very professional and personable young man.

It didn't. They gave an estimate of over 400.00 dollars for an 1.5 of work. We hired a contractor through amazon who did the work for 115.00.

It went great. Tech was very pleasant.

I've been using them for 8 years. They installed the system and I have a maintenance contract with them. As long as I maintain it in effect, I have a 10 year warranty on the system. It's been great. They have been really efficient. They have dispatchers. You just call up and make an appointment. If you don't call, they call to remind you that it's time for the check-up. They have been great as far as showing up on a timely manner and cleaning up after themselves.

A plumber (Mike Leach) arrived within a couple of hours of our call on New Year's Day. After quickly assessing the issue, he presented us with several options, with pricing, for different levels of repair. Because of our circumstances - and the fact that we'd already sunk $150 into calling him out on a holiday - we decided to go with the most complete replacement and upgrade job. Mike had a replacement water heater on his truck and was able to get to work immediately. The job took 3-4 hours altogether. When complete, Mike walked me through the basics of the new system and showed me the work they'd done, and they hauled away the old water heater. The new system looks great and got fixed within hours on a holiday, so all in all it was a very successful job.

The plumber who did the actual work did an excellent job. We appreciate Mike Weappa's expertise and professionalism.

Chase was here to replace a saddle valve. Before he even started, he noticed that our pressure valve was leaking some. He explained the situation to us extremely thoroughly, and we knew we had to replace it for our safety and our home's. Not only did he do a great job, explaining things to us in terms we could understand, but he also pointed out some things that we might want to consider doing in the future. He was extremely up front about what had to be done today and what could possibly be done in the future, but not necessarily. He is definitely our go-to plumber!

Chase came out and showed us what he thought was the problem within seconds of looking at the tub. He also told us how to fix it. Because he had seen how handy my husband was, he didn't charge us anything, since it was just a consultation. We were able to fix the problem on our own, with tools we already had. I loved that he didn't try to convince us of some big repair that would cost us money...even talked us out of things we thought might need to be done.

THe plumber, Jimmy was timely, professional and did quality work. HE didn't charge for the estimate and I was surprised that I didn't have to reschedule for him to come back and do the work- the job was completed in a timely manner. Most pleased with JImmy and will definitely use FH Furr again!

Chase Scott came out on time, reviewed the situation, performed problem analysis and resolution, offered solutions and ways to accomplish the end result. I purchased the faucet and sprayer and when he returned, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. He had to resolve yet another problem in installing the new faucet and sprayer but did so by notifying me first, showing me what needed to be done, and repairing and fixing the problem. I couldn't be happier!

Trevor Via was professional, courteous and very conscientious with his work. Identified the problem quickly and provided a quote for the services and was able to fix the problem on the same day.

Patrick Close was very thorough and completed the servicing quickly and efficiently. Patrick brought to our attention that our ductwork was very dusty and needed to be cleaned. He provided us with two quotes, which we will review and then contact F.H. Furr to let them know how we are going to proceed.

FH Furr was called to clear water that was accumulating on floor near drainage hole. Because they had been here the day before for problems relating to heat pump, I wasn't sure if this drainage issue was related. (The water was in the area of furnace and I didn't know if it was draining from upstairs or exactly what or where regarding the cause when I made the call.) Plumber told me I had a drainage issue unrelated to problems that had come for the previous two days. He cleared the blockage in less that 15 minutes and charged me $410.00, an exorbitant amount for the job. I have double (2 systems) contract with the company. I called two other companies and they couldn't believe a company would charge such an excessive amt for that particular service. I had been a customer of FH Furr for 15+ yrs and during those years I endured poor workmanship, employees soliciting for unnecessary repairs and work because of the commission they rec'd for additional purchases, etc. I wonder why I tolerated the company as long as I did with them over charging me. Sometimes their workmen would come in and repair something and the next workmen would have to "undo" what was fixed. I eventually called the company to complain about the over charge for the drain blockage. I was offered nothing concrete other than vague suggestions in the form of "word salad" . I cancelled my contract in August after 15+ years. It cost me $2,000 (by another company) to make repairs related to the shoddy work on my heat pump that work by FH Furr. I can't even imagine how much they would have charged had I allowed them. If you are looking to be Ripped Off, this is the company for you.

Technician Patrick Close was on time for the appointment and handled himself in a professional manner. He was courteous and had an excellent appearance. He showed respect for my property by ensuring his shoes were covered each time he entered my home. Patrick is an excellent employee and an asset to FH Furr.

Patrick is very thorough. He had taken pictures of areas of concern comparing them to what it should be. He talked about what options I have. He talked about FH Fuhr payment options.

Very good, took the time to figure out any and all issues with the system

It was through Costco and we got a Costco rebate card. Actually, the salesperson was the same salesperson who had done the heating installation, Shawn Kelly was his name and he was very diligent, called back and made sure everything showed up on time. So not only did he sell it but then he came back with the installers and did a follow up calls. I thought he was good. It was backed up by Costco so it kind of had that hanging over their heads like if something did go wrong, you could call Costco and they would get in on for you so that was kind of a plus I thought. Not that I needed it but that was kind of a backup which is why we went with them because price wise, it was competitive with the other people that we had come out to estimate it. So that was the tiebreaker the fact that Costco was backing up on it.

He did an excellent job - courteous, thorough, professional, and complete - of assessing and repairing the problem on very short notice.

My technician, Patrick C. did an excellent job inspecting our HVAC system. He arrived within the specified time range, and he was courteous and professional. He fixed a rattling noise on our heat pump, and had some good advice for keeping the system in good condition.

They were extremely responsive they were able to get out to us like in a day after our call. They are very meticulous about going through the entire problem that we were having like they were able to fix it pretty quickly but he wanted to figure out what would causing the problem so he really went through every problem scenario to find the underline issue so he didn't just fix which was on the surface like the problem and took several hour to do that to make sure that we wouldn't have more problems in the future.

He came on time, wore booties, checked on some information that I wasn't sure about. He was very mannerly and friendly. Explained everything to me, made some suggestions without pushing. In and out in a reasonable time.
