When the F. H. Furr technician (Mayor Buitrago) arrived he identified himself and was very courteous. He immediately identified the problem as lack of proper drainage of the water condensed from the coils. He was detailed in trying to find out the "why" of the problem and talked me through his process. He was meticulous in realigning the drain pipes to maximize the flow several times until he was satisfied.

Rodney T, did an exception job, inspecting both the inside unit and outside compressor unit. He reviewed the results of his inspection and provide suggestion upgrades to enhance system operation. Very courteous and professional technician.

John N. , did an exception job, inspecting the plumbing system from supply entry point to each service area (kitchen bath rooms, outside faucets, etc.). He reviewed the results of his inspection and provide suggested upgrades to improve reliability and reduce chances of major leaks. Very friendly, courteous, and professional technician.

Very well. Technician assessed what needed to be done and explained why and provided estimate of cost. He had all the required parts in his service truck and quickly completed the work. Technician was very polite and professional and left the work areas spotless.

First, my annual maintenance had expired in Dec2016. FH Furr was very helpful and immediately took care of reinstating my agreement for the year. Then when the guys showed up for what I thought would be regular maintenance, it turned out there was more with regards to the air conditioning unit. They worked with me on cost, and timing; getting everything completed and ensuring the unit was back to full working capacity. Also sharing with me not only how to keep it clean; but also regarding the filters. I have worked with FH Furr for at least 5 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else!

I have a fully electrical smoke detector system, with battery backup. It has been not quite a year that I had this put in, by FH Furr. Though I had changed out the batteries there was still an issue of "chirping" from the smoke alarm system. My FH Furr rep checked the entire system within the house, as well as the carbon monoxide alarm, to include inspecting the wiring...no more chirping! I prefer the birds for chirping; but FH Furr for electrical and HVAC. I'm definitely also going to look to see what additional services they provide. They have been my service team for well over 5 years and will continue in the future! thanks FH Furr!!

Everything went smoothly, from start to finish. A technician came out the same day that I contacted the company, and though the part had to be ordered it came in when anticipated and the repair was quickly scheduled. The unit now works as it's supposed to. No complaints here!

FH Furr responded the same day that we called. The technician, Michael Leach, called ahead when he was on his way and gave us an estimate of his arrival time, which is the company's policy. He was prompt and polite. Michael examined the problem, clearly explained the situation and gave us three options to resolve the matter. He had everything in his truck, and so there was no delay in getting the job done. We are very pleased with both the responsiveness and the work that was done.

The team was very professional and respectful and was on time. The work was completed in the time described left of the home clean and free from project trash.

Suraj Shahi was our technician. He was very thorough and explained everything. Didn't do what didn't need to be done yet. Reminded me about a couple things I need to do occasionally to keep the system running well. Very professional.

They came punctually, this man checked all of the system out and he told me the problem that you're having is because of your thermostat. He put in a new one and the heating system just worked great. His professionalism stood out the most.

Great. I was very please with the overall performance.

I was shocked by the price but part of that had to do with a mix up about the size of the water tank. The old tank was so old and so large and it turned out my old tank was smaller in terms of gallons it would heat. He made a special trip to the plumbing company and selected one that was bigger then what I was using before. It was an honest mistake. What he did was he did put in some extra valves for me, this is how he attempted to correct his error. I thought that was commendable. They came out and dealt with the problem quickly. I think this was an honest mistake he made and he quickly tried to adjust and make up for it.

Great! He explained clearly what he was going to do, why it's important to install a pressure valve and how it would help preserve the water-using appliances in my 1940's house. He wore booties in the house to protect my floors and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was complete.

The technician, Chris Currier, was excellent. He was very professional and polite. It was obvious that he knows his trade exceptionally well. The issue that I have is with the price. The bill does not give a breakdown of parts and labor. The total bill was for $3,695.00. I would estimate parts were $1,000.00 resulting in $2,695.00 in labor for four hours work. That is $623.00 per hour for the work. If price is not an issue, the work was excellent.

William, the lead technician, was very professional and courteous. All work was preformed in a timely manner and neatly. It was apparent that William takes pride in his work.

Adner was very thorough with his explanations on the proposed new system and when I asked for a side-by-side comparison to my current system - he was knowledgeable and technically sound. He answered all my of questions promptly and completely. He worked to get the financing done and scheduled my install for this week.

With the two Josephs working well & quickly - we overcame some old design issues & accomplished the cleaning in good time.

The team arrived on time, told me what they were going to do, and then proceeded to complete the installation in a very professional and efficient manner. It was a very rainy day, they were soaking wet at times doing the outside work with smiles and no complaints. They were very careful to cover my wood floors/stairs to prevent damage as they hauled the system up to my attic. This was the second system they have done for me and if I had a third zone I would not hesitate to have FH Furr do that.
