The plumbing tech, Osmin Marcia, provided exceedingly courteous and efficient service today. I was impressed with Osmin's knowledge and expertise of the job and his attention to detail where I felt completely at ease as he began the work all the way thru its completion. I appreciated the fact that he changed his shoe covers every time he re-entered the house and cleaned up all work areas when the job was complete. Considering the amount of work involved because of my older home, I believe the price was fare. Will definitely use F.H.Furr in the future. Thanks for sending Osmin. Will highly recommend!!

Problem found and repairs made....replaced problem outlet and ground fault outlet

Took just over an hour to repair it., Technician offered other options to prevent it from happening freezing again (e.g., relocating the pipe) which we opted not to do this time around. We used the Angie's List discount of 20% off plumbing services.

A technician (Suraj Shahi) was sent to my home to conduct the inspection. The technician spent a great deal of time lecturing me about changing the filters, which I was offended by his very arrogant tone. During the inspection of the unit he indicated that he did not find an issue with unit and proceeded to do some very 101 checks to the unit using some very 101 electronic tools. My concern with the technician is he did not appear to have the required knowledge to do a proper check out of unit. I asked him several questions that he did not provide answers to. I only paid $39.00 for the inspection so I am planning to contact F.H. Furr's HVAC department and request someone who has more experience with my HVAC system.

The new system was installed within 2 days of the old system breaking down. Eric, who sold us the unit, was thorough with explaining his recommendations. Excellent! Couldn't be more pleased. Technician arrived ahead of time and performed all the work I needed done in less than two hours. Even found a fault with one of my lamps in the family room which was cause the circuit breaker to trip whenever it was plugged in and turned on. F.H. Furr may be a little more expensive than some other contractors, but their service is top-notch and well worth the price. I'd recommend them again in a heart beat.

I described the problem as the unit did not cool or wasn't running from the outside and we were not sure how it happen or what happened. I suggested it may be a the fuse or something because my husband noticed the fuse wasn't there. Richard listen and he quickly and easily resolved the issue by finding the fuse on the ground near the unit. How this happened or why it happened, is a mystery and we are not sure, but grateful the unit is now working without cost to us as homeowners. Thank you Richard and FH Furr for accommodating us immediately. We certainly did not want to go without air after paying for a new ac unit and furnace less than 2 years old.
