Everything went very smoothly. I received a confirmation telephone call of the appointment the day before. Jimmy arrived within the time window they provided us. He was very professional and courteous in answering any questions we had. Wore his own booties within the house so not to dirty the floors. After the inspection, he had time to do all the work that was needed. Jimmy did an excellent job on all the work. After everything was done, he went with us to each work he did and explained what was done and anything we needed to know. I also got a 15% discount since I had work done by FH Furr before.

Albert (also goes by the name Chase) came to check on the problem. In the process, he discovered another potentially serious problem with the attached flue ducts, which previously had not been discovered. He brought in a crew to install new system, which went smoothly. He was very professional, and educated us on both the old water heater system, and the newly installed system. I am a real estate agent, and I am always looking for reliable and professional people to recommend to my clients. I will definitely recommend Albert Scott to my friends and clients in the future.

Exceptionally well. Mr. Suraj Shahi was very thorough. He explained the inner workings of the system. He took his time and checked everything. I will definitely request the next servicing to be accomplished by Mr. Shahi. Never experienced such thoroughness prior to that which was done by him today. Overall, FH Furr was on time, professional and even came back out at no cost when the problem returned two weeks later. Since the second snaking was unsuccessful, we video scoped the sewer line, which showed the old orangeburg pipe was source of the problem. They provide a proposal to replace the sewer line by trenching method. They did good work, but I believe their rates are on the high side. I got 3 additional cost quotes for replacing the sewer line. All of the other quotes (both trench and trenchless) where about 1/2 the price of FH Furr's quote. I selected another company to do the trenchless method, which worked our great since the sewer line ended up going under our concrete driveway. The trenchless method saved us thousand of dollars by avoiding costly concrete driveway repairs.

The thermostat on the system not working, I called FH Furr (they installed the system years ago) and a couple of hours later Andrew arrived. Like most of you, I've had my share of service from many different of companies, large and small. But i've never had service like Andrew (and the FURR company in general) provided. Being on time and fixing the problem quickly was just the beginning. He anticipated all of the problems that could arise in the future and prevented them from happening with is knowledge and experience, and he took the time to explain it to me. I honestly feel like my HVAC system with the FURR company was an investment, not an expense. And, yes, this is the first time I've written a review (I'm 68 years old and have a lot of experience with many companies, but the FURR company was the first time I've taken the time to do what I can to help the people who need to select the right company).

Very well. Notified who the tech would be. They came as promised and diagnosed problem. Unfortunately I needed to replace the air conditioner. I felt they were honest in what they told me and I did not feel pressured. I now need to wait fir installation which I hope will happen soon. The technician Justin was very professional

Went very smoothly . Work area was protected with drop cloths and cleaned when they were done. William did some unexpected upgrade on the duct work which needed to be done to make the system work better but did not charge extra for it. Very impressed with the whole process and the work. Will definitely hire again. One of the best guarantees I have seen and this is on top of the Costco guarantee.

Deke from FH Fuhr arrived and systematically diagnosed the problem and set up a plan to fix the faulty sensor. Needed to order parts and a schedule a return trip. Appreciated the honesty and helpfulness of Deke.

A 3 step process - Marco came out and was very helpful in describing why our a/c was not working well. He gave a number of suggestions, but it came down to needing a new unit. He made sure we understood the reasons why, and they made sense. He was on time and did great. Compliments to salesperson Sean C who was helpful in describing our options, and gave practical advice on our behalf. He had also worked with us on furnace replacement, and we feel confident we made two good choices as to equipment due to his helpful information and explanations. Finally, installation went really well - Frank B and Joseph G were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Extra bonus points that they were very nice to our dog Del who loved them! (Marco and Sean too) Installation went smoothly; they gave me instructions on maintenance and finished what seemed to me very quickly. Cleaned up well. As a general matter, we have worked with F.H. Furr over the years. They may not be the least expensive - I actually don't even get other estimates anymore - but they are reliable and extremely easy to work with from beginning to end. I also highly recommend getting a service contract for both plumbing and heating/ac.

We do think it would be a good idea to equip Joseph and Caleb with additional tools to use per customer's request, such as dryer vent ducts and a small mini vacuum to clean up floor debris. This will be an exceptional addition to an already capable team. We loved how they worked well together, responding to anything the other person on the team needed or the customers. Outstanding young men! Glad FH Furr has them on their team!

It went very well. This is a relatively new system, so I didn't expect any problems. The technician showed me how to flush the system and also pointed out the need to keep vines from getting into the outside unit.

Everything went fine and installers (Randy Brogan and one other young man) were finished in about five hours. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good. We rescue dogs so finding repair services who work around the dogs and cats is hard sometimes. We are clear when calling that the person who comes out should not be allergic to dogs or cats nor afraid of them. We do not allow the dogs to pester or annoy the repairman. The dogs are usually crated or outside unless the weather is severe. Sometimes they have to be in. The repairmen who have come out have dealt with this admirably. We have no complaints about the work done, nor the efficiency of the workmen. Definitley recommend

Their responsiveness was great! I put in the service request online that evening and was called later that same evening. I was able to get an appointment early the next day. The plumber showed up on time and was very professional (Demarcus Murray). He explained everything that needed done and provided options on repairs. He expertly and quickly repaired the problem and explained how the warranty worked. I would definitely hire him again!
