Very professional - very punctual. I had an appointment for routine HVAC servicing on my Lennox units (2x per year) from 1PM - 6 PM. FH FURR called at 1230 and asked if the technician could be sent over within 30 minutes. He arrived promptly at 1PM and was very professional. Used cloth booties to cover his shoes in my house. I have 2 units (attic and basement) - took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the service for both systems, but he explained everything in detail and recommended additional work that we may want to consider in the future. I have a maintenance plan with FH FURR which gives me 15% discounts on any additional work performed. FH FURR guarantees their work so they may be a little more, but you won't have to keep paying them to do the same work if something isn't quite right. A copy of the recommended work, costs and the invoice for the 2 A/C filters (not included in the maintenance agreement) were emailed to me immediately. I'm very pleased with FH FURR and this technician.

Ryan Myers was amazing. He is nice, poised, explains things in detail when asked; knows his business and is quite knowledgeable about product, service, and maintenance. I was very impressed. Very professional young man. He made great recommendations, complete with examples and photos he had taken of our HVAC unit. He even broke down the entire units by specific parts and explained each one in his recommendation. As a member of F.H. Furr Preferred Partner Plan, we were offered several discounts as well on repairs.

very punctual and professional - Randy and his partner did one system and Alex and his partner did the other - they kept things neat and organized, worked promptly but took time to answer any questions and show me a few things that they had to fix from the previous HVAC installation. got in and out in 1 day with they system working so much better than before! Alex even came back to replace a return vent that was whistling from the increased air flow.

The cooling system check went very well. Ryan was punctual and professional. He explained what he was going to do in my home and also took the time to show me how to maintain our system. He was very patient and didn't rush the service.

Called for appointment, and was able to have technician come on same day (VERY RARE) without any problems/emergency need. Exceptionally pleasant service rep on the phone, made the appointment for later in the same afternoon. Technician arrived shortly thereafter, performed a thorough inspection, made a couple of recommendations for future maintenance and was professional (but NOT PUSHY) about the recommendations. I'd be happy to have this type of service for the rest of my life!

I had not performed the ongoing maintenance that my systems required but Charles was able to fix everything. Unlike many service calls where the technician is and out, Charles actually spent a great deal of time making sure that everything that he did actually solved the problem. FH Furr is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

Excellent. Chris (Salesman) was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful. He identified multiple needs and provided solutions for each. He even determined things we did not need done. He arrived on time and spent several hours working with us to put together a full package. He was the third salesman and provided a better product and more comprehensive package at a lower price. He also was the least pushy or aggressive. The install was done 3 days later (!), on a Saturday. It took all day, but the workmen were very polite, personable, and worked steadily through the day. On the first day with our new system we immediately felt the difference. Our house actually gets cool!!

On June 26, Chris Rowley came and checked out the unit looking for the source of water. He was very methodical and thourough. He isolated the source of the leak. He explained that the part had to be ordered and roughly how long it would take to arrive. Furr called when it did and set up a return date for Mr. Rowley to install. That occured on June 30th. Mr. Rowley completed the work and checked out the total system operation at that time. Best news was that the part was covered under the warrantee period.

UPDATE ON SERVICE SINCE COMPLAINT: I am writing this update on my original complaint to let everyone know of the response from the company. I received a phone call from Ms. Wall at F.H. Furr on Monday 7/10 to discuss the problems that had occurred in late June. She listened to the entire issue and understood my concerns. Once listening to the story, we had a very nice conversation and she explained that she would like to try to remedy the situation and would call me back. She did call me back at on the date and time that she stated that she would. The company offered to refund $150 to us in the interest of trying to make the situation right. They did acknowledge that they dropped the ball on our case and that they were not pleased with the way that we were treated. They were also going to talk to the technician to ensure that it did not happen again. Although I appreciate the refund of $150, what I am most appreciative of is that they acknowledged the mistakes that were made. They have apologized (genuinely in my belief) and have tried to remedy the situation. I did explain to them that I was not going to completely remove this review; however, I do think that it is more than fair for an update to the story to be posted. Although we had problems initially, I would have to give their resolution department an "A" for their work. For these reasons, I am increasing their grade from a "D" to a "B".

Smoothly. They showed up right when they said the would and worked for about 4 hours until the job was complete. The new work seems to be well done with a real attention to detail. Hopefully, that will prove true over this coming hot summer. The 4 hour install involved a couple of hours of testing. This helped with my piece of mind and they walked me through everything they did at the end. They left the house as clean as it was when they arrived and were polite and professional the whole time. We purchased the unit through Costco so a significant portion of the cost will be returned to us through their cash card, discounts, and cash back. While the estimate we got from F.H. Furr was not the cheapest (which is why we couldn't give them an A on price), their technicians did the best job of explaining what needed to be done and took the time to point out areas that a previous installer had skipped and that they would do differently. If the category was value and not price we would have given them an A. So far we are very pleased.

Job was done quickly and professional

Rashid and Lateef arrived on time and were very professional. They confirmed what they were going to do before starting so there were no surprises. They then worked without stop until they new unit was up and running. Throughout the job they maintained a clean area wherever they worked not leaving any debris behind. When complete they explained all of the features and switches with the new unit. The entire experience was very pleasant. I will definitely call FH Furr for any future work I need.

Was above and beyond professional - took care of the inspection promptly, made several helpful suggestions and recommendations about how we can best manage our system - included both my wife and I in those explanations so that we understood and for something as basic as a brief inspection, did a fantastic job with a great attitude.

fh furr was awesome they were a big help when my sewer was backing up cleared my line and got me up and running and discussed all options with me and the tech chris currier was awesome and clean up and explained all work performed

The first day, the possible cause of the leak was discovered. The plumber had to return the next day with more equipment to resolve the issue.

All issue fixed in a timely fashion and no issues

The 2 crews arrived right on time at 8:00am and were all out the door by 6:00pm. One team was led by Rashid who worked in the basement (lower) unit; the other was led by Luis, who worked in the attic (upper) unit. Everyone was polite and professional, and got right to it. Probably due to the individuals who gave us the original estimate and technical assessment (Reggie and Scott), the crew who did the work came prepared and did what was expected with minimal questions for us. They tested both systems, and provided me a walk-through of what was installed and verbal instructions on how to maintain them. They laid down floor protectors and swept before leaving. It was major surgery that was done to replace almost 30 year old HVACs, but this team did it with precision.
