Rodney Towles was very professional and efficient. The repair was completed sooner than I expected and alleviated the problem he had detected immediately.

Didn't know how to replace. Michael quickly replaced the seal and showed me how to do it. I would definitely ask for him again.

The Service Technician, Marco, arrived promptly on time and was very polite and courteous. He took the time to put on shoe covers to protect the carpet and hardwoods from any outside dirt/shoe marks. He was extremely knowledgeable on the operation of both the indoor furnace and outside air conditioning system components and was more than willing to share his expertise. He answered a myriad of my questions, regarding his inspection and maintenance procedures, as well as questions about what he believed I could do myself and those best left to a HVAC professional. He checked all my filters on the system (Humidifier and Air Cleaner) and changed my air filter with a spare that I had previously purchased. I was very pleased with the time he spent with me going over the system and with the recommendations he made for potential future upgrades such as surge protection and deeper cleaning of some furnace components. I highly recommend him and will request his services from F.H. FURR in the future for any of my HVAC needs!

Fan required extra work to install given design. Showed patience and answered any questions. Not a big deal but lots of insulation came out when fan removed. An idea may have been to collect and have it put back. Super friendly, came on tome, explained repair, and traced ducting to be sure venting properly handled

It went great! Rich was great and had me laughing through the whole appointment. He did every thing that we asked and was patient when I was trying to locate a missing fixture (amazon problem). He got everything done in a timely manner and made me very happy with the result. I will definitely have him come out to help us again.

Great. The product was under warranty and the Compressors needed to be cleaned desparately. The Air Handler is in a tight space and Juan did a great job problem solving to get it to fit w/o additional costs. He was timely, informative and patient. Thank you!

Plumbing Technician Demarcus Murray upon arrive immediately was briefed on the issue and began his diagnosis. he was patient and persistent in finding the cause and was able to determine that a factory default was the cause. He adjusted the setting to meet my installation requirement. He approach was methodical and the work completed in a highly competent manner. He was professional and kept me apprised as he worked through the repair. He demonstrated a high degree of knowledge, intelligence and exceptional work ethics. We have a contract with them. They said they would be here at 8:00 and they were here at 8:00. I would absolutely use them again in the future. It was good quality work. It took them maybe half an hour. They completely cleaned up after themselves, you could not even tell they had be here. Excellent written documentation and recommendations, without pressure.

I would use them again in the future for air duct cleaning. They did everything fine. They cleaned up after themselves and the grates were all back in place. It took them about 6 hours. They cleaned up after themselves very well, you couldn’t tell they were there except a little bit of paint scraped off the screws for the grates. Normal wear, not bad at all.

The price was adequate. I guess it was fair. I agreed to it.

overall went very well. Technician very good. Only issue was how long it took to get the replacement fan part and schedule its installation.

Our AC unit died prior to a heat wave. FH Furr sent out their representative very soon after. Their technician, Marco, quickly identified and repaired the problem. He also inspected the much-neglected AC system and found and fixed a few more possible future problems and explained how we could maximize the efficiency of our system. Very pleased with Marco! Chase (Albert) took the time to look at everything, and to give me some honest feedback about the cost, as well as to discuss alternatives, i.e. doing the work myself, and the pros and cons involved with that. He answered all my questions, and was very polite and helpful.

This is for a service maintenance agreement type of thing for a location I have annually like 300 bucks, 350 bucks or something like that.

Joshua was a consummate professional. He was extremely polite and helpful. He actually advised me well on some of the work that was dependent on other work (not replacing a faucet when the sink needed to be replaced first). He did as much of the work as he could to set it up for us to finish it. It is these kinds of things that make me happy we have a membership with them and why we keep going back to them whenever we need help. He also patiently explained what not to put down the garbage disposal since I didn't know.

COLD WATER FAUCET CLOSES WITHOUT WARNING AT LOW FLOW SETTING

The work was good, but I was overcharged. Approximately $4,000 for an 80 gallon electric hot water heater and installation. I was told at the time that the price of these units had shot up which as why it was expensive, but they are available for sale at Home Depot for about $1,000. They charged far more than the going rate for water heater installations.
