It was a pleasant experience with Ryan having all the tools necessary to perform necessary checks and analyze the system performance. Ryan clearly understood how the system should work and he was able to quickly perform additional work I requested.

Work done immediately after our contracted yearly AC service check and completed within the time technician indicated...was very easy! Techician very knowledgable about likely causes of the problems and suggestions to prevent problem from recurring.

I do not think about them their service is crappy and the whole company sucks.

This is the second time Brandon has helped with electrical issues in the house I recently bought "as-is." He explained options for the different work I wanted to complete and we came up with an economical plan that met my needs. His background and experience in construction and smart home training was helpful as he offered ideas and answered my questions about future projects.

I thought maybe they were a little higher than some, but I have called on them a few times because they're good. They do good work. The work was all done to my satisfaction and i a professional manner. I think they're fine.

went very well; the plumber, after a very thorough examination, discovered the ceiling leak had nothing to do with plumbing rather it was a leaking shower pan. While they could not fix it, neither did they waste a lot of time nor cause me a huge expense to only find that out in the end. There was no charge That was great news especially since I am having to use that money to pay for having the whole tiled shower torn out and replaced by someone else.

Apparently the leak was due to a caulking issue. Well done Paul! I will now caulk the leaking culprit and move forward. Great job by a great professional. Thank you! Value their opinion and customer first attitude. They will be my first call next time as well.

Work completed, explanation of work given and how to take care of furnace.

From start to finish the entire process was fantastic. The sales rep Josef was very thorough and not at all pushy, explained everything included. I was given the option of next day installation. 2 teams showed up and the installation took about 8 hours. All four of the installers, John, Caleb, Daniel & Vaughn were extremely professional.. Everything was explained and all areas were cleaned and vacuumed. I was so impressed by this company that I would recommend them 100%

It went well...Chris found the problem (climbing onto the hot roof to inspect unit). And fixed it with suggestions for an electrician to check the breaker. Which he scheduled with my ok.

Extremely well! Although my AC System is old, it is operating properly. The person who came to our home from F.H. Furr was Reuben Myers. He was actually early for the appointment. He was most professional and thorough with his inspection of our equipment and his presentation of what conditions he found. The day he came to look at our AC system the heat index outside was reaching 105 degrees. The attic was even hotter. Although we are going to postpone replacing the system at this time, we will definitely be calling F.H. Furr for a formal estimate for replacement this fall. Reuben Myers is a credit to his company.
