Installation process took a full day but the F.H. Furr team was very professional, qualified, and did an excellent job. The initial price quoted was by far several thousand dollars higher than the second price quote. We got several price quotes all were within the same ball park except for F.H. Furr. Once this was brought to their attention, F.H. Furr lowered their price to match. I have an F.H. Furr preferred member service plan which also helped provide a discount and preferential treatment. In any case, they are a very professional company and are good at what they do. Recommendation to others is to definitely get multiple quotes from various vendors and do not be afraid to ask F.H. Furr to lower their price to match other quotes. By experience they are usually one of the higher priced vendors.

Posting a positive review about my experience with FH Furr and the technician who performed the work (Josh). Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and thoroughness of the services performed and completely satisfied with Josh's knowledge and professionalism. Service was an annual summertime inspection of my two systems. Josh performed the basic maintenance covered under the agreement and pointed out some maintenance issues (primarily associated with age and usage) that needed to be addressed as well in order for the systems to continue working as desired. Josh took pictures of the interior parts that needed additional service and showed them to me. He recommended what needed to be done and quoted me a price for the additional services in a **non** high pressure sales fashion - it was my choice to have the work performed or not. In the end, I did decide to have the additional work performed and am pleased that I did. Once he completed the work, he brought me the parts that were cleaned/serviced so that I had no doubt about what was done. He then took "after" pictures to include on my invoice and for historical purposes. Years ago, I did not have any maintenance agreement and when anything went wrong (as it did each summer and in the dead of winter!), I was stuck with calling any of a number of HVAC companies and hoping that they could send out a repairman in a reasonable time period. After experiencing that challenge multiple times, I longed to achieve some peace of mind and that's what I have with FH Furr. Admittedly the maintenance plan does cost a little more, however I can now budget that cost instead of being hit with untimely repair bills at inopportune times.

Work done quickly and professionally

It went extremely well! Paul was here for 4 hours. He had a cramped place to work in. Everything was cleaned up, neatly installed and he showed what he had done. The new financing for the humidifier was quick and easy to obtain. They will come back in Oct/Nov time frame and turn it on after the fall inspection. I was able to renew my service plan him which costed $167.40. They come out twice a year for our plumbing and electrical systems to make sure everything is running smoothly. I also get a 15% discount off of parts and labor with my maintenance service plan. Today's cost was $1336.00, but with the 15% discount it was $1135.60. F.H.Furr also replaced the gray pipe throughout my house a few years back. We love F.H.Furr's customer service and technicians. They are always friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt and we will continue to use them.

The work went very smoothly. The three FH Furr technicians were highly skilled and professional. They were very attentive, addressing all my concerns and provided clear explanations to my questions (I observed the work closely).

F.H. Furr sent Jason the day we called to fix the drain. Not only that but Jason finished the sink replacement which was the DIY. Yes, we paid for the finishing work (nothing is free), but it was done beautifully and it is now over. We had a small leakage after he was finished, but he came right back and corrected it.

They did and excellent job as usual.

FH Furr and their team are remarkable. I believe that they really care about the customer. They offer top service and professionalism. Do they cost a little bit more than some others? Probably. However, if you want the job done right the first time, value your time and want to truly trust the person you do business with, then I suggest you give them a call.

We were pretty happy with them. I just signed up for their service maintenance agreement, so I would use them again.

Prompt, professional service as usual. Installed three new valves that will make our lives easier in the future and when the plumber left we had no problems.

Lloyd F. diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes and put a fix in place in within about 20 minutes of arrival. On arrival, he already had covering on his shoes to keep the carpet clean. REALLY nice, courteous, knowledgeable and fast.

After we got the call providing us an hour warning, Mr. Benjamin Gumbs, the Electrical Technician, was very prompt. He was friendly and polite as he tested each outlet in the house and eventually the fuse box. Where there were problems, such as in the use of extension cords, he explained the problem and what needed to be done. In other situations, such as an outlet being needed, he examined the wall to see if it can be done easily, and explained our alternatives. He was thorough in his examination, and very professional in his manner and approach to the inspection.

Perfectly. Scheduling was effortless, and I could have had same-day service if I'd needed it. As it was, I chose a window later in the week and got a call from the office with a 30 minute heads up, which was great. Micheal B, the tech, showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, efficient. Identified the problem, gave us a reasonable estimate and did the work all in very short order. I can't see how it could have been better. Will definitely call Michael & FH Furr for future plumbing needs.

Chris worked very carefully not to get water in my encapsulated crawlspace. He was very careful to make adjustments to cabinets to install plumbing. When it was time to turn on the water I was nervous about potential for leaks. Chris started the water slowly, then RAN to each connection site to check for any leaks (NONE). He answered all my questions -- patient education! It has been my experience with FHFurr that ALL employees are courteous and respectful of the customer's home (shoe covers, gloves), and tops in their field. FHFURR installed my heating/ac, hot water heater, plumbing and most electrical. Professionals!

We have never used a plumber before and will now definitely use them. The receptionist was also very responsive and nice when we talked to her. Great customer service!

I called FH Furr on a tuesday around noon. I was told they could come out that day but it would be between 1:00 and 5. I decided not to go with that because the last time I used them they gave me the same time frame and the service man showed up around 5:30. So the customer service lady said they could come first thing the next morning, but it would still be between 10:00 and 11 because they have their meeting first in the morning. The next morning, they called and said it would actually be 11:00-12 because on Wednesdays the meetings go til 11. The service man, Mark, showed up a little after 12. He insisted our " ancient" 11 year old A/C would need to be replaced, offering no other options to get it back running. Th estimate was $7,600. My husband, a builder, who was at th house at the time, asked about replacing the compressor. Mark said it would be the same price, which gave my husband the impression that mark just didn't want to do that. So we paid them the $97 (discounted) service call fee and My husband called Rod Miller A/C later that day. They actually came out FIRST thing the next morning and said the capacitor was bad. They replaced it for $315 and the A/C is running now. I have also learned not to use a company that is based in another state. I am in Marylnd and FH Furr is in VA, so that just ads more time for the traveling.

The installation went well but took a little longer than planned by sales rep; the installation team encountered a few challenges but were clear with presenting options and benefits of various decisions. They were curtious and professional and demonstrated pride in their work and knowledge in their trade.

Went very well. The installation engineers were prompt, courteous and professional. They were very careful to cover all flooring and apply slippers before performing any work. The team that showed up operated in a very dynamic and streamlined fashion.
