Description of Work: We were in a bit of a rush because a ceiling fan fell and was hanging from the wires. We decided not to go with a replacement and purchased the recessed lights deal with the hopes that someone could get in by the end of the week (this was Wed night). We offered the date/time options as prompted by Angie's List and Courtesy replied via Angie's List later that night for someone to call to schedule. This was frustrating because it also happened to be an extremely busy week at the office and we needed to quickly nail down when work could be done so that we could arrange to be home. After 3 rounds of phone tag because there was no answer, I was late for work with no appointment. Courtesy did not do any work for us. We called an electrician we'd used once before to take down the fan on Thursday. During that visit we learned that the building had been built such that recessed lights (or even ceiling fans) would not be easily installed. We opted for a regular or track light. Eventually, Jose and I did speak when I reached out again about doing this install and he quickly set an appointment window midday during the work week, rather than Saturday, as I was seeking. We ultimately canceled this when another Angie's List Company could give us a more flexible time. Hopefully, it works out. I'm not opposed to reaching out to Courtesy again, but I wouldn't recommend for an immediate fix/response. Thanks!

Description of Work: Installed recessed lighting in a bedroom of the house. Also checked my electrical in the kitchen and caught a potential fire hazard. I am having them come back to get a better idea of the issue and repair/replace the wiring.
