here again, I thought I had written this at the time. Must have pressed the wrong button. This fellow was very helpful and critiqued all the work I need done. he had some great ideas and I'll call him in the future when I'm ready for additional work.

I am not aware of this company. If it was hired it wasn't by me. Nor am I aware of any review which you say I started. It must have been an accidental keystroke or two--or my computer having a mind of its own.

The whole project was a mess. I was supposed to get a credit for materials which they claimed to have used up in motar, cement wall, plywood, and redoing labor. The bathroom is about 5 by 8 including the footprint of the shower. It took 3 months for them to do the work when they quoted two weeks. They would often not show up. When the worker did show up he'd work from 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM. I had to correct them on how they built the bathroom subfloor. They started putting floor down on a patchwork of subfloor that was so uneven. It terraced/stepped down 1/4 inch subfloor about 4 to 5 times across the room. It wasn't flat or smooth. When it came to tiling...It took 5 times as long as it should, they used tile on the same shower wall that didn't match other tile (brown vs light gray tiles) which they agreed to redo. Finally after about 3 months they finished the project, and I saw none of the ~$2000 credit for materials that I spent on marble tile. The worst part is multiple floor tiles in the shower have come up 4 times over the course of the year, and the whole (very expensive) shower floor needs to be redone.

Never showed up. First, they can work only between 8-9am. Then, they failed to show up on multiple rescheduled appointment dates. Now, they said they don't work for Angie's List anymore. Please don't hire them!

Problem not corrected. Technician not knowledgeable and able to correct the mis-wiring.

Excellent...very professional. Installation technician was very knowledgeable and cleaned up spotless after work was completed. Price paid was very reasonable for the work done.

Great work. He even helped me with an odd electrical issue I'd been dealing with free of charge. Super informed - gave me a strategy for reducing cost when replacing the existing recessed bulbs when they burn out.

I was pleased with the progress and at first praised their punctuality and neatness. They took on extra jobs but then was not able to finish others. They said they had to go but would come back. We discussed when they left that they would come back to finish the other jobs, so I didn't say anything when I didn't hear back from the the next week. They left behind materials. I called to have them retrieve them and they refused to come back, telling me that I should just trash them. Hmmm. if I could get my husband on a ladder, I wouldn't have to call them. I noticed that I did have to tell them to put something down on my upstairs carpet while they were fixing a wall. They finally put something down but the area they covered has some ground in dirt. Apparently the drop cloth was filthy so I get to look at that stain now every day. The team was VERY nice and I did plan to have them back. After they I left, I noticed my neighbor also had a handyman over. He came over, put up a hook into a cement wall and asked for a broom to sweep up. That's when I noticed all the dust the previous team had left. My first experience with a handyman was disappointing which is the last thing I expected when they came by all eager and "courteous" as the company is named.

The service was fine--very courteous electrician. Very comfortable with him coming into my house. Replacing sockets is not skilled work, so I can't evaluate skills. I have been trained and done socket replacement myself twenty years ago. Now not able to low crawl around my basement perimeter.

Arrived on time and prepared. I was not informed of the kRge amount of holes that went into the ceiling to pull cable which caused additional dry wall work. They had someone to do the drywall but before the project was over it was a lot more than the “special price” I thought I would be spending. The workmanship was fine and I love the lights.

Job went very well. The guys were very professional.
