Not TRUE, TRUE, TRUE We are human and we do make mistakes. The difference is, that if and when we do make a mistake, we will do everything we can to fix that issue with our customers. Fortunately in this case, we did not do anything wrong. When we launched the coupon on 7/11/15. [member name removed] purchased the coupon immediately. We received the email notification from Angie's List. We responded to his email that he contact us so that we could come out to perform an evaluation of the project. [member name removed] talked to Jose Carrasquillo (Owner) on July 13. Mr. Carrasquillo then emailed me, Victor Figueroa (Owner) to give [member name removed] a call, which I did with in the hour. When I called the customer we selected July 20th at 8a.m. for the evuation. (One week turn around not two weeks like the customer mentioned.) The day of the evaluaon, I called 30 minutes prior to arrival, [member name removed] informed me the day of the evaluation that he would not be there. I ended up talking to his foreman that was handling a large renovation at [member name removed]'s residence. When I spoke with [member name removed], he mentioned to me that he wanted his generator to run his A/C unit. I told [member name removed] that the 7kw will not run his A/C unit. I suggested the 22kw. He said, Ok give me a quote, which I did, the very same day. Of course the price went up. he went from a small 7kw generator all the way to a 22kw generator. The gas line was on the opposite side of the house. [member name removed] agreed to the price and wanted us to get started asap. I told [member name removed] that we would need to pull a permit. I asked him to give me his building permit number so that we could pull our permit on the same permit. [member name removed] told me "We haven't pulled any permits. This is not a very wise choice with a renovation such as his. I suggested that we wait after the project is complete so that OUR inspector would not be upset. I then asked [member name removed] when would the project be over, he told me that it should be done by the middle of August. So I told him that we should do the install after the major renovation is complete. He agreed to that. As far as the side work comment, [member name removed] mentioned that he owns a dealership and I told him that we might be able to do some bartering. At the time, we had hired two great electricians, so we needed a van. Bartering is not side work. We were going to install a generator for the customer, for a lower price on a vehicle.
