Your statement is not entirely true. Yes we are very busy, and a bit overwhelmed with the work load that we got from our deals. The parts that is not true is the part part where you we did not communicate with you. I poersionally Victor Figueroa was in communication with your wife. The day that we set the appoinment we called your wife 30 minutes prior to our arrival. We always let our customers know that if we do not hear back from you with in the next 15 minutes of the moment we called, then we would have to reschedule. We are also very busy with our schedule, and we do not have time to be waiting hrs in order for our customers to call us back. After I called her i left a detailed message of who I was and who I was representing. I let her know that to please call me back with in the next 15 minutes, to make sure that she was home at the time frame I was arriving. She never called me back with in the 15 minutes time frame. I then called her back and left yet another message saying I am very sorry that we missed each other , but unfortunately we will have to reschedule. That day I never heard from her. Then the office called to see if we can come back the next day which was jammed back, but to try and help you guys out we were willing to make it happen. We got a hold of you, and the last thing I heard from your wife was I will have to call you back to see if that is ok. We never heard back from you or your wife, and now I see this review.
