Not well, no one showed.
Description of Work: The service provider scheduled me for service on 3/9/16 between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. No one showed and no one called me. I called the telephone number associated with Courtesy Electric and it is no longer in service.

Description of Work: Provider rescheduled initial appoitment to a different day, and was late on that day. But once they arrived, the workers were very courteous, efficient, and professional. All work was completed quite satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Removed existing center light fixture and Installed 6 new LED recessed lights in our dining room. Victor and Sam did a great job. They arrived on time, wore red booties to keep dirt out of the house, were clean and neat, and did the work in less than the time indicated. They found an issue with exposed wires in the attic and fixed that as well.

Description of Work: The service I requested was very simple: Install/rewire a new light fixture, provded by customer, in an existing wall outlet. No prior estimate of the cost was given. When the two servicemen arrived I was told that Courtesy Electric works only by fixed price, not an hourly basis. and that the price is $289.00!! One man cmpleted the job in less than 45 minutes while the other man tried to sell me additional services, such as servicing and/or replacing our main circuit breaker box!! Upon payment they asked me not to use our credit card but to write a check directly in the name of the owner and not to Coutesy Electric because they were "in the process of changing banks"!! First of all let's tell the whole story here. Your light was not a simple remove and replace as you say. You bought a foreign light fixture. Had a "handyman" who installed it illegally. We even showed you the wires burning up inside the box, because of the jerry rig that this guy did. We had to modify the light to make it code compliant. You bought a coupon for a $100.00 discount. We have a flat rate of removing and replacing a light fixture, but because your fixture was so messed up we had to repair it on site and make it safe for you. So we only charged you 289.00 minus your 100 dollar credit.Not the 289.00 that you say. I do not understand why we got a C for professionalism, when we called before arriving, we showed up when we did, we were very courteous, you were extremely happy that we got the light working. I was not trying to sell you anything!!!!! I only asked you a simple question. I asked you when was the last time you had your panel serviced. Then you said never!! That's when I told you what a servicing of the main panel intakes. That was it. It's a shame that we did an outstanding job for you, you were happy, and you still gave us a bad review. I don't know where we went wrong on this one, but we do not want to ever work with someone that does not tell the truth, and the whole story. [Removed Personal Info]

If you did not like the price when my tech showed you the options, you could of easily said no. When my tech arrived to your house, from the very beginning you wanted to negotiate our prices. Our prices are not negotiable! We have a flat rate price system, that is fair for everyone. Its so unfair that you agree to the price, and then give us a F overall. We come to your home, we do the work, you want more work, we give you a price, you agree to the price and then rate us badly!! I know you were happy with our service, you are just upset that the price was to high according to you.
