Description of Work: They replaced 2 exhaust fans, however they are not connected to outside vent. Left trash in attic, stepped on sewer stack, did not put insulation back, left old fan housings in attic. Tried to get me to buy a new access panel, when in the estimate it said they were going to service panel. Did not service it as they said I can only purchase new panel for $3100. I called yesterday to get policy information, licensing numbers, and insurance information and they refused to give it to me. They charged taxes on full estimate, not only on materials as I provided 90% of the materials. Have to hire someone else to repair damages they made. The work that you can see is very pretty, but the work you cannot see is very bad!

Description of Work: Install an outlet. Didn't show up the first time. I was surprised to learn that I will get one hour of service instead of two hours because the electrician counted the helper's time in the calculation. I didn't see the helper do much other than wait on the electrician. When I asked about cost estimate for additional tasks, I had to pay an exorbitant amount per hour and they couldn't tell how long it might take to do it.

Description of Work: They installed a ceiling lighting fixture, removing an old one that had burnt out. They arrived at least one hour early - lucky I was home. They took a long time to install the fixture. It looks and works fine. I just don't have complete confidence in them to do a bigger job. But for this small job, everything went well.
