Description of Work: I purchased a deal for two hours of door service to adjust a door that would not seal properly. Jose contacted me immediately and set up an appointment. He was prompt, and, did a great job on the door. I would not hesitate to employ him again.

Description of Work: The cost of installing the lights after the coupon ($349) was quoted in the region of ~$500 plus. It was immediately conveyed that the coupon covers nothing but the bare minimum stuff which I am sure only a fraction of households might satisfy. Every possible addition was part of the exception list.

Description of Work: Initially, it took 5-6 phone calls to get the company to return my calls. Then, on the date scheduled for the work, no one showed up. The owner advised that the technician had an personal emergency, but also said he didn't have my job on his schedule - later advised that my job was placed on his handyman's job schedule rather than his electrician's schedule. The job was rescheduled for Saturday, with the owner picking up the extra cost for overtime. After this rocky start, the technician completed the job very well and was able to accomplish the job in a way that saved me having to schedule a second job for another type of service with another type of contractor.

Description of Work: I could never get them to respond, had to call and call. Then they would promise to get in touch to set up a time and I would have to call and call. Then they promised an estimate, I had to call and call and never did get it. Always an excuse - backup because of weather, sick, etc. I gave up and just lost my money that I paid to Angie's list.

Description of Work: Provider's team members came on time and were courteous and fast. I am satisfied that the work was completed as agreed. However, I will have to engage a general contractor to repair some drywall and paint issues created during this appointment. Additionally, I didn't realize I'd be up-sold on the type of lights to be installed in the ceiling. I am satisfied with the results, but disappointed this was not stated clearly in the original Angies List offer.
