IT went well....
Description of Work: I am appreciated of the good work. However we both had schedule problem. Starting with me at the beginning, but I had to take two days off without pay to get my non-LED recess light installed. Also the price of what I paid for and not understanding LED verse other recess lights; almost caused me alot more money.

Description of Work: Wanted light fixture installed in bathroom. Their estimate was way over my budget and included the $100 credit toward service. The estimate was around $324. I asked an electrician used by a friend of mine and the estimate was $180. Quite a difference.

Our prices are very competitive. Let's get our facts straight. Courtesy electrics electricians are all certified, drug tested every 6 month, and goes through a criminal background check! Your "friends" company offers all those credentials? Can they provide a 5 year warranty on their labor? Most likely not. This is why we are #1 rated electrical contractor on Angie's List, with that being said there is a price associated with that. if you want a great service you have to pay for that service . If you want a cheap service I recommend you hire a C or D rated contractor.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for four recessed lights and a dimmer. The company didn't contact me to schedule a time. After waiting about a week, I called the company and scheduled an appointment. The worker never showed up. I called the company and was told they would call me back to rescheduled and make it up to me. They never called back. I did get an email from them over a month later asking me to contact them but I had already cancelled the purchase with Angie's list. I was very disappointed.
