Provider had to cancel original appointment because of work issues, but quickly rescheduled for the next day. The second appointment went very well. The two friendly technicians arrived on time, worked with us to be sure they did just what we wanted, and then worked quickly and efficiently and did everything promised in less than two hours. They left the kitchen cleaner than before they arrived, and the new lights are excellent quality.

Jose came and did a wonderful job at repairing the holes in the drywall after my gas line install. Jose was easy to contact and schedule with and would highly recommend him and his company.

Victor from Courtesy Electric showed up on time and was very professional. He explained in detail the different options and what he was going to do along with the corresponding costs. Victor arrived at 8:00 AM and stayed until the job was completed around 4:00 PM. He replaced the broken outdoor light fixture with a new sealed fixture and remounted it on the tree. In the future, for any electrically needs, I'll be calling Courtesy Electric and will request Victor. Thanks, A very satisfied customer.

We set up a time for them to come over. With about 15 minutes left in the time span we agreed on, they called, saying the technician couldn't make it to my house for another couple hours. Unfortunately, I couldn't make that work, so they asked to reschedule. They said they would call me that night. However, I waited a week for them to call. I then called them twice, but they still haven't called me back. I don't know what else to do...

On September 9, 2015, we purchased a deal through Angie's List for three hours of handyman service. The deal stated, "[c]an be used for everything from minor plumbing and electrical work, . . . ." On the automated email form and later in a telephone conversation with Courtesy Electric, Jose was advised the work involved putting up lighting fixtures. Courtesy Electric made an appointment to put up the fixtures on September 25, 2015. We took time to pick out the fixtures and then I took the day off work to be home when Courtesy Electric arrived. And I waited, and waited, and waited. I finally called Courtesy Electric at 3:30 pm to determine what was going on. Two hours later, Jose with Courtesy Electric called back to inform me he had decided they would not be able to honor the deal because of insurance issues. Jose admitted he had known of the "insurance issues" for several days but had apparently decided not to let us know. The insurance issues surrounded sending a "handyman" to do electrical work. Yet electrical work is the business Courtesy Electric is in and holds itself out as being electrically proficient !! Is he saying Courtesy Electric is not insured for electrical work? Courtesy Electric wasted significant amounts of both our time and money and we are not fans of rude inconsiderate behavior. A reputable company would stand behind the bargain it had made and be more cognizant of quality customer service. Cannot recommend Courtesy Electric to anyone.

Victor and Sam did an excellent job. They called before they arrived, did the work quickly and professionally, and cleaned up after the work. Victor gave us a detailed estimate before they began the work.

I was extremely pleased with the service and results I received from Courtesy Electric. Victor called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right during his estimated time window. After accessing the job, he gave me a detailed estimated of what needed to be done and what it would cost. Upon my approval to proceed, Victor went and purchased the materials needed. While working in the house, he put on protective booties and used a drop cloth to protect the floors. Upon completion Victor tested everything to make sure it was working properly and cleaned up the area so well you could not even tell I had work done that day. The ceiling fans and the bathroom light look great and are working perfectly. Victor was very punctual, knowledgeable and professional and I would not hesitate to use Courtesy Electric again.

Everything went well. He was very professional and it did not take very long. He double checked everything to make sure it was in working order.

Once we were able to make an appointment that fit both of our schedules they pulled it off excellently. Victor and Sam were fast, efficient and very processional in the work. They did an exceptional job with a minimum of wall board repair. I was quite impressed with their speed and experience. Their suggestions on light placement were spot on. Other then the delay in getting started ever thing else was great.

It went well. Provider was punctual, friendly and came with an assistant. I allotted enough time for my projects, which the provider appreciated, but I did not have all the supplies I needed on hand. As a result, one of the outdoor lights remained dark. The provider offered advice that the one light we had need a heavier, weather gauge wire and that we needed to cap off the light or redo the wiring to be in code. I opted for the cap off since replacing the wiring was much more involved than I had the time to do. The motion light was replaced and is working well.

My front door porch lights, and nearby outdoor electrical outlets were not working. I checked my breakers and found that not to be the problem. I decided to have a professional check for the problem and bought a $49 electrical service call on Angie's List from Courtesy Electric Inc. which included a $100.00 credit toward repairs. The company was prompt with its reply and I made an appointment for the following week. The two gentlemen that came were polite, courteous and professional. In less than two minutes they found the only problem to be that the GFCI button needed to be reset. They replaced the outdoor porch light bulbs and were done. Their service call was $189.00 which left me with a balance due of $89.00 (including the $100 credit). I felt the "repair" price was too steep for what was actually done, which did not include any actual repairs. Should I need an electrical company in the future, I will be sure to know what the cost is for their service call AND repair charge.

Everything was done well. Jose was very easy to work with and the other person woring with him was very cool as well. They did a great job of talking to me and finding a good solution for the space. They worked very efficiently did a nice job and were very friendly. I would difinitely hire them again.

It went pretty well, the actual work done was fantastic. We opted to have them fix the holes that were made and repaint the ceiling. It looks great! At $45 a hole, it was a bit pricey, but in the end was worth it, as I know I would have done a worse job. There was one minor part of the job (putting in a dimmer and swapping out some lights) that took a really long time to reschedule for one reason or another, but Jose was always easy to get in contact with and eventually finished the project as promised!

Victor was very courteous and professional and got the work done very quickly. He took the time to explain the operation of the newly installed fan remote control to make sure I understand it's operation. Very good contractor who I would highly recommend and will use again.

I gave them a B overall only because of the price. They did good work. They were very nice. They got here when they were supposed to and were very professional. They were very good and very efficient. I would use them again if they gave me a discount.

It went as planned, and with in budget.

The vendor showed up on time and went to work to install two attic fans. Two electricians s confirmed my requirements and proceeded to do their work without being intrusive and was very particular to ensure they were being neat and orderly. I paid for the 2-hour labor special and completed the work on time and without adding any additional padding/charges to incidental. Very professional

See above. Although I had purchased the Angies List special--2 hours of an electrician's service, I was charged for 4 hours because he brought the trainee along. This did not result in twice as much work getting done and he explained that he would have charged less but had to give a large share of the price to Angie's List. I did not make any progress on my main project, which was to get the outside outlet repaired/replaced and attach a pump to a fountain. I initially made an appointment for him to return and do that job (another $300+) after I dug a ditch for a wire, but decided against this. On the plus side, he did instal an outlet that I needed in the basement. The total charges were $119 for the Angie's List deal plus $170 for additional labor and parts. The quality of work was very good. He did not have receipts and left his ladder and wire on my front porch for several days, until I called.
