I gave this company an A for punctuality becuase the estimator arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. The C for professionalism was becuase he presented himself as a professional until he quoted me that insane amount for the work to be done. I thought I misheard him at first because I couldn't fathom it would cost so much. But he justified it by saying that my space was half the size a space in Mclean he was working on for $30,000. Responsiveness gets a D. When I initially called the # to schedule the estimate a man answered as if it were his personal #. I asked if I had reached Courtesy Electric and he confirmed that I had, but said I would have to call a different # to schedule an estimate. Not very Courteous if you ask me.

I had very good results with them. They're very nice people. They came out within a couple of days. They were very efficient and they did what they said they were going to do. I have no complaints. I paid a little more because I had them do a couple of other things while they were here. The quality was good.

Contractor never showed up for two appointments to do the work. Talked to them on several occasions and it seem the left didn't know what the right was doing.

Everything went well. I scheduled the appointment. Victor called me when he was on his way. The repair took about 15 minutes. He also straightened out the wiring on the outlet so that my refrigerator wouldn't accidentally be shut down if the circuit tripped. Wouldn't want to come back from vacation with my frig being turned off for a week.

Horrible - No show at appointment and no phone calls / communications that they planned to stand us up. No services rendered or rescheduled and no phone calls were ever returned. It seemed a scam - plain and simple!!

Terrible. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. The owner, whose name I STILL don't know because he never said it, is impossible to contact, and if you're lucky enough to get him on the phone, there are always children screaming in the background. I finally pinned him down to conduct the work on Thursday, July 21st, and made it clear to him that I would be at work, so my Dad, who was visiting me on vacation, would be waiting at my house for the work to be done. I gave him my Dad's phone number for his employee to call on the day of work, and CC'd my Dad on the email as well. On the day of the work, I received two emails, one from the company and one from Victor Figueroa, asking me for my phone number. I replied both times "I'm at work and cannot answer my phone, please call my Dad." At 1:30, Victor emailed me and told me they couldn't make the appointment, with no explanation given. Now, my Dad has wasted his time, I'm ****** off at work, and I have to reschedule an appointment for tomorrow that was contingent upon their work being done today.

Great job, guys were very professional. Job was completed in about 90 Minutes.

At first it seemed to be fine. We were told we needed a new chime, so while the provider was here we purchased the exact same bell. When they came back to install it I mentioned that it sounded weak and the garage bell only rang once instead of twice as it did previously. A few days later I smelled something burning. I called the provider twice before having to call the fire department. The provider said he never received my calls, but when I texted the same number with a picture of the fire department, he called me immediately. We tried to come to some agreement to no avail.

Made the purchase of the deal last week. Gave my preferred dates. The preferred dates went by but the servicer never came by or contacted. Most unprofessional. I would not need their services for installation of an attic fan after the summer.

Great, they came, diagnosed and replaced the fixture. Great service

This was a $119 big deal purchase. It was okay. It took forever for them to contact me. I tried to contact them I don't know how many times. It basically took two months for them to finally come out. I was not real keen on that. I don't know what was going on with the one guy. The guy that actually came out said he was really sorry it happened. It was real irritating to have that happened. They came out and one of the things I wanted them to do they could not do in that time frame. He said it was going to cost X amount of dollars and gave me an estimate. It was pretty good but I had told them something about the issues and he said he would knock $100 off and I still haven't called them back. We have horses and it is ring lighting. He was going to come out and fix that and get it up to code. I have not wanted to spend the amount of money it is going to take to fix it. I mean, the guys that came out were good; he could have done a little better job of centering the light. I know it was in a barn, but still...and I did not get the two hours of work done. I had wanted him to go into the house to fix a floodlight, I don't know. It was a so/so experience. I signed up and paid for it around Thanksgiving and it was after the first of the year. Whoever was supposed to get in touch with me never did and I had to end up trying to find out what was going on. I think that is what irritated me more than anything. I mean, they do good work and they are very professional, but no one ever got in touch with me. Right off the bat that gave me a bad impression. I may have them do more work this summer.

We were mostly happy. One of the things that they fixed became unfixed since then. Everything is pretty good except for that outdoor light for some reason did not stay fixed. We wanted some additional things done and I think they charged extra because of instead of just putting new batteries on the fire alarms, they replaced them with new ones so there was a cost there.

They did a great job, very nice, professional, and quick. I will use them for all my electrical work in the future.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. This company took $400.00 from us and never performed a single service! My husband has called Jose, the owner, over 20 times trying to get him to schedule an appointment to perform tile work in our kitchen. Jose said his staff were "too sick to work" on the day of the appointment and then he NEVER RE-SCHEDULED OR CALLED US BACK AGAIN. I have called him myself since that missed appointment 10 more times and left voicemail after voicemail, to no avail. It's been months and I've given up on his company and decided instead to write this review. Since the $400.00 tile service was purchased through Angie's List, we thought maybe AL could help us in getting Jose or anyone at the company to just respond, but that has not worked either. Huge fail on the parts of Courtesy Electric and Home Improvement and Angie's List!!!! Now we are disputing the $400.00 charge on our credit card with the credit card company to see if we can get our money back for no service performed and no response from the contractor or from Angie's List.

They showed up during the service time slot and called ahead to give me an ETA. They assessed the area I wanted to have the lighting installed, and provided me with clearly explained options. Once the work to be done was outlined they lost no time in installing the lighting. I also appreciated the information provided about how the light switch was originally installed and things to look out for with the other switches. I would definitely call Courtesy Electric again

It turned out pretty well. They were pretty good at punctuality. I enjoyed working with them. I would use them again in future.

Showed up early and completed the job in about two hours. Installer was knowledgable and discussed the job in detail, including the extra charges that would apply, before starting. My only issue is that he cut the openings for the lights t0 close to the joists (all four lights). He had to correct and recut, leaving me with a patch and paint job on my ceiling.. Have not heard from Courtesy Electric on making me whole for their mistake.

Courtesy Electric is good to work with. They are reasonable, flexible, and do good quality work. I had a code violation in mh bathroom and they pointed it out and came back after I had corrected it. I would work with them again.

They were very professional and did a great job.I would recommend them and plan to bring them back for additional lights in my living room.

Great job--very pleased with our new hallway bathroom. Walter did all the plumbing and tile work. Carlos did the electrical. Both were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Jose, the owner, was by almost daily to check on things. Although the $4,999 deal had expired, they honored it for us. We bought most of the supplies which added an additional $2,500 to the cost, but we got a first class bathroom for a lot less than most contractors charge. This was a complete bathroom demo, took less than two weeks, and brought our 60s bathroom into the modern age! An added note is that Walter did an amazing job with the tile work. He built a niche and small bench in the shower area. He also built a back splash and side splashes for our new vanity. This wasn't an easy task as he had to deal with some very crooked walls. Thank you for giving us a first class bathroom!

They did a fantastic job - lights look excellent! They were incredibly professional and extremely courteous. I was not home during install, but my wife told me that they went above and beyond what was expected (she is pregnant, and we had a two year old running around watching them - and two 80 lb dogs). Would highly recommend them, and will be doing business with them again for some upcoming lighting work that we need done!
