Great. Victor was punctual, courteous, professional and attentive to details. While he was more than willing to do more with the time I purchased, that is all I had for him to do. I would definitely use this company again!

It didn't go. We missed lots of red flags. First red flag; it took six weeks of delay to even get a representative to come out and discuss the job at our home. Second red flag; he told us that they had had to replace recently one of their jobs for poor quality. Third red flag; while the business was highly rated for electrical work, tiling was somewhat of anew line of work for them. Fourth red flag; he added on several charges for moving the sink and toilet, and for materials, to the point that the good deal cost suddenly doubled. We cancelled the job when the morning he was supposed to start, he was late. I called his cell and learned he was in another county and had forgotten the appointment. The only up side was Angie's customer service who promptly refunded our purchase.

Excellent had the wrong address and was a little late but service was excellent.

The project went well and he didn't exceed the 2-hour limit which I was happy about. Victor communicates well and was great to have in the home.

I am very pleased with. Very professional. I will say something that sticks in my mind. I am forever grateful. All my electrical switches were redone. I had them out previously, for faulty switches. The lights were flicking. They changed a couple of the outlet switches. He had ivory panels plates, and thought I said white. I used to use off white and ivory. I said I would go with the other. When they came they had all ivory. I did not want it. White is all in. They were very nice about it, and went back to exchange all of them for the white ones. It was very nice. Very professional. Had the booties on. I was happy with all of them. It was a couple thousand. They had their own deal, and a special where they change the light sockets. I got the phone charges, the wall receptacle throughout the house. Made another outlet by the bed. Had fire alarms changed, the smoke detector.

It went very well. In fact, I am looking into hiring them again to do more work, if another deal exists.

I did not have the work done at that time, but when I do I will certainly use Courtesy as well as recommend to my friends.

Firstly, scheduling the appointment with the contractor was tough. Overall responsiveness is not good. Out of the repairs requested in the 2 hour window only 1 work could be done since it required entire part to be replaced and I had to run to home depot for getting that done. The deck lighting (although contractor claimed it to be fixed) was not fixed.

Visit seemed to be an excuse to do major reworking of electrical wiring. Was not prepared to spend so much money at this time.

First off responsiveness and punctuality was not an issue at all which is rare among contractors it seems. I wish I could be happier with the quality of work. I was left with a lot of sanding to be done. Jose brought his daughter to help and used her time there to count as time toward the 4 hours I had purchased. Which means I only got two hours of his time. Jose also didn't want to use the quick drying drywall which he feels cracks to easily. So he used the stuff that normally takes 24 hrs. Which means he got to do the easy part put the mid on the wall and I am stuck with the hard part actually smoothing it out with sand paper. Even the drywall mud that was put on the wall wasn't smooth enough to do minimal sanding. I know that it is doable because I have had other guys come in and do extremely smooth jobs. Basically I was left with work that looks like I did it myself.

Light installation ok. Expensive to do other needed repairs but will need to have them done and will use them for the repair.

The electrician was extremely competent, quick and professional.

Another company had to repair the mess that was made by Courtesy. It cost me $431.85 to repair the problem. I should receive back the initial $119 I paid Courtesy since the installation was done improperly.

Waited 3'weeks and the company never contacted me. Called Angie's list and got a refund after 3 weeks.

They did a great job, Victor gave us a quote and they were provided an invoice. they came on time and did everything that they said that they would do. They are professional and i have nothing to complain about!
