They were great. They are a really good company. In fact it was normally less than it was normally charged. We had a credit. I'm not sure how long it took, my husband set it up. It was prompt. Just one person came out, the owner of the company. Yes, everything was placed back, and cleaned up.

He did some work on light but didn't finish. The only thing he finished was the door bell. Then the other stuff he started but then he told me he needed to do more research. Offered to do the whole house and replace all the switches and plugs for a flat price. He promised it was no labor included in that stuff, later when we were arguing over the cost he said it was included. He was switching and flip flopping. After that we couldn't trust him anymore and then canceled the entire job.

Very well bringing them back for additional work.

It was average work. Purchased the big deal and was not charged additional money. Would not use again in the future. I probably won't ever pre-purchase again once they have to money its just a whole different relationship then having a contractor that you have something to kind of have some ability to control. The service isn't for me, you buy something and then you are at their whim.

I tried several times to get in touch with Courtesy Electric and Home Improvement Inc but after three weeks they still have not replied back to me. i went to their storefront however, it was an apartment complex.

It was fine. They were here around June of 2016. I did have to pay more than the $49. The total cost was about $280. There was just one person who came to do the work. I think it took 2-3 hours to complete the work. He tried to sell me another service and I just didn't like that. The area was fine when he finished his work.

Victor came and fixed everything very quickly. He also pointed out a couple other issues and gave me quality recommendations.

Very easy to work with, they turned the job around in one day for us so we were not left in the cold! The wires on the interior of the box are neat and arranged well and they honored their coupon and gave a great price relative to a few other quotes I got.

It took FOREVER to get responses to our messages, which resulted in having to reschedule twice. But once all questions were answered and the final schedule was set, everything went beautifully. We love our new backsplash and are very happy with the professionals who installed it, as well as the quality of the work they did.

great. The owner himself came and fixed my light. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. While he was here, he noticed my fuse box ( FPE - Federal Pacific) which dates to the early 70's when my condo was built. He informed me that it was a fire hazard because the electricity doesn't cut off when the breaker is tripped. I already knew that they no longer made replacement parts, but the fire hazard was news to me. Unfortunately, because the county hasn't mandated replacement, the condo association (200+ units) won't pay for any of the cost of replacement which is very expensive ($1500 - $2,000). I hope this information will help other people.

I purchased the Angie's list deal for credit towards electrical work. After making an appointment that was confirmed via e-mail, they never showed up because of a snow storm. I called multiple times and left a voicemail about rescheduling the appointment. Once I finally spoke with Jose, he was confused about the appointment -- said he didn't have it on his calendar, had me confused with another client. We then rescheduled the appointment for the following week and, as Jose requested, I confirmed the time and location with him via email. My husband took time off work to wait for them to come and again they didn't show up. Don't waste your money or time with Courtesy Electric.

I purchased the order on January 4, 2017 and after two times of email message exchange and my tenant's calls, we never heard from this company again, and then it was already expired the 30-day period of cancellation, therefore I could not even cancel my order to get a refund. I had to find another company to do the job. So far I have not yet gotten the refund and do not know how to use the credit with Angie's List. More important, my tenant did not get the electric problem resolved for almost two months' period which was unreasonable.

I bought the deal on 3/6/2017. I requested 3 dates and never got a call back. I called on 3/10/2017 to see why I had not had a followup call and since one of the dates I had requested had already passed. The young lady on the phone informed me that the earliest they could have an repairman (out for an estimate only) would be the 27th. The process as she informed me is: 1) 4hr appointment for the estimate, then leave. 2) Receive estimate within a day or two

My Electrician who did my basement electrical rough-in didn't do a quality job, so, I hired Courtesy Electric to fix all wiring and bring it all up to the code. Victor came in and did a great job of fixing all the wiring and made some valuable suggestions. Based on their rough-in work, I hired them again to do the final wiring of my basement after drywall. This time, Carlos came in and did the same quality work including troubleshooting a couple of circuits with wrong wiring and fixed it in no time. Happy with their service and will definitely hire them again.

Finished product is attractive. Some minor finishing detail was not attended to, i.e., sealant around toilet base and grout at bathroom door, but not significant issues. Contractor was not clear concerning all materials that I needed to supply. Had to run out to get thinset mortar. Bought the pre-mixed, but installer insisted that I go out again to get the dry. I'm not the professional who knows what is best.

It was wonderful. Just everything was good. He was nice guy even answered all of my questions. I already had purchased 2 sets of the ballasts and he was able to install the right ones. He was efficient. and did his work got everything done quickly.
