We love our new kitchen! Our project manager Sana was wonderful!! He kept in contact and provided daily updates which we so appreciated. Orlando and Ronald and their team were on time and worked very hard to give us the kitchen of our dreams!

Rashid as PM & Ervin's installation team did a first class job and were responsive to our needs and input. The work commenced ahead of the originally scheduled start date (definitely a plus) and was completed in the timeframe promised. Response to punch list/close out items was timely & professional (as a construction professional, I often see this critical element be a challenge)

Charlies team did very good job for my kitchen project.

We engaged several companies about remodeling our master bath. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath stood head and shoulders above the rest from the very beginning. Most just arrived, measured, and followed up with a cost estimate. Charlie not only came to our home and discussed our project in detail, he provided drawings which were incredibly helpful to visualize the end product. Interior design is not our forte, we had only vague ideas concerning styles and materials. BRK&B listened to our input, made excellent suggestions, and expertly guided us through the design process. The installation team was also outstanding. Ronnie and Willie are fantastic folks and their work impeccable. We received regular project status updates and the finished product looks amazing! I had Bull Run Kitchen and Bath remodel my kitchen. It turned out good, but the hinges the company used had a single screw holding them in and after a year, most needed to be replaced. I figured since they did a good job with the kitchen, I hired them to do two bathrooms, recarpet the stairs, stain and paint the stair railings as well as some other custom remodel repairs. I was told the entire project would take about 2 weeks. They barely got half the project done in the last 3 years. I had to order the cabinets not once, but twice because they didn't have any record of ordering them the first time. I've checked back a few times and they claim they still haven't gotten them. I waited a year and finally did the work myself. I'm disabled and used to do all repairs / construction at home myself. I just thought that I would have someone else do the work this time. Never again, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath remodeled a 1980s kitchen and powder room for us, and our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! The company impressed us from the initial consult to the day of completion. The designer had a solid knowledge of the products available and made good suggestions to solve some of the problems of our old kitchen layout. Once the remodel began, our project manager was accessible and quickly responded to texts. The crew showed up on time in the mornings and worked hard while they were on the site. They respected our property and left the work area clean at the end of each day. We especially appreciated how an existing electrical issue was fixed at no cost to us, and a mistake made by a subcontractor was immediately corrected. The project was completed in exactly the time estimated. Bull Run knows its business and does it well.

Bull Run Kitchen & Bath were pros throughout the process. From insightful and responsive design help, to a broad selection of flooring, finishes, and fixtures, to excellent carpentry and craftsmanship, Bull Run and their contractors made this renovation as painless as possible. No nickel-and-diming on normal changes, proactive suggestions on shelving and other finishing touches, and excellent follow-up as the job was winding down.

8 Years ago I had Shamrock Renovations complete a master bath remodel. 5 years ago there was leaking under my walk-in Schluter system shower. The same Shamrock Renovations charged me to grout the floor and half the wall again. That did stop the leaking however the shower floor started to flex more. In late 2020 the floor grout started to erode. There was a bigger problem. I assumed Shamrock missed something and their ghosting of my calls have left me to confirm it. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath agreed with my suspensions and agreed to strip my shower are to the studs and fix it. In their contract they wrote "no flexing" and they honored it to my liking. They were very flexible in helping me streamline my specific tile purchase since we wanted it to match. After the shower was striped to the studs they commented on the poor floor waterproofing. When the subfloor was opened up there wasn't any additional strengthening on the plywood past 0.5". I later was told a Schluter system needs 0.75". The proceeded to install cross beams of wood perpendicular to the 2" x 9" boards. The shower area is about 3' x 5'. They put 5 boards across spaced at a foot. Replaced and strengthen the plywood then covered the flooring with the same water resistant dry tile backing. They worked meticulously on prepping the walls to add some niches while bracing the unbraced copper piping Shamrock never did. After the walls were waterproofed with the Redgard they started putting an 1 inch later of mortar shower pan around a water proof drainage system. The shower pan liner was laid on top of the mortar and 12" up the sides. The shower pan liner meets ASTM D4551 standards and was 40 millimeters thick. The next day they started the second layer of the mortar shower pan creating a perfectly even slope from the sides to the center. All-in-all the shower pan was stronger and thicker than before. They began to lay the remaining floor tile and combine it into the wall. They then proceeded to replace my toilet and sinks with a plumber that treated it like their own. When complete and pending new shower glass they let me know of the timeline and kept me informed on when it would be ready. The shower is awesome! One of the many characteristics of Bull Run Kitchen and Bath; when they work they treat every step as if they are working on their own. They do not cut corners. The answer your questions and address your concerns regardless of time and amount. Thank you to the design and project team and specialized craftsman who gave me my shower back with the confidence to not replace it. I will gladly use this company again.

We chose Bull Run Kitchen and Bath because the designer, Charlie, who really took the time to listen to our vision for our kitchen re-model throughout the entire project. Every step of the way, Charlie was with us to select materials, colors and design that fit our vision. He and the work crew were always clear about the timeline for the project. We always knew what to expect each day from start to finish. Charlie and the work crew took time to make sure that fine design details of the kitchen were included and highlighted to make the kitchen even better than we imagined. We highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen Bath and Charlie the designer for a home project. We will definitely use this company again for another one of our future home projects.

Bull Run gave us the kitchen of our dreams, we highly recommend them to anyone. For initial design and material selection they offered honest and constructive feedback that contributed to the overall aesthetic we wanted. During installation the team led by Sana and Orlando communicated responsively and collaborated with us to resolve unforeseeable challenges. We appreciated the care and respect the team showed for areas outside the project, protecting the house from dust and foot traffic as best as possible. The finish work is outstanding and allows the kitchen to seamlessly blend with existing portions of our open floor plan. The end result is a beautiful, more functional kitchen we love.

We had our guest bathroom remodeled March of 2021. Overall we were very pleased with the service & quality of work. Hakan and his staff went above and beyond when during final inspection, we were not satisfied with the quality of the accent tiles. Sana came in, inspected and stated that he felt the accent tiles were defective. Asked us simply if we wanted a discount or for them to fix it. We asked them to fix it, otherwise I would have been forever disappointed with the tiles. The showroom didn't have suitable replacement tiles, but once I found ones online I liked, they immediately ordered them. The finished bathroom is exactly what we were hoping for! The 4 stars on Responsiveness & Punctuality were due to some slow responses to emails, and a few later starts than expected, or missed days of work. I believe most of this could be attributed to COVID related challenges.

This is the second time using Bull Run for a kitchen remodel. The first experience was great but this one was even better. Hakan was able to prove us wrong and provide us with a much wanted island in our small kitchen space. He took us from dark and eighties to bright and modern. Mr. John, Johnny, and the crew that did the work are exceptionally professional and the job was completed under the one month estimate. Great experience all around!

Bull Run did a fantastic job on our whole-house reno in Fall 2020! We bought a fixer-upper that needed a lot of work, and Bull Run helped transform it into our dream home. They worked wonders on redoing our kitchen and master bath (see photos below). They also transformed our small laundry room off the kitchen into a very functional mudroom/pantry. They updated and refreshed our carpeted stairs in the entryway into beautiful hardwood stairs. Charlie was wonderful to work with - very professional, creative, responsive, and kind. He took all of our concerns into consideration and came up with designs that are both gorgeous and functional for our family. For the high quality and extent of work they did, we thought the price was fair and reasonable. We could not be more grateful for Charlie and his hard-working crew! We highly recommend them!

Exception work performed by Bull Run Kitchen & Bath included all new cabinets, customized for sizes to accommodate a new kitchen layout. Install of new appliances (dishwasher, slide-in gas range, over-the-range microwave, counter-depth refrigerator). Work also included beautiful glass tile backsplash, manufactured quartz countertops, and adding a kitchen island with drawers and electrical outlets. Carpentry work included extending ductwork for modified bulkheads above wall cabinets, new floor to ceiling pantry adjacent to new fridge, and new wafer/recessed ceiling lights. All work was done superbly by prompt, courteous, and professional personnel, and at a remarkably affordable price. We are very satisfied with all aspects of this work.

Start date was to have been January 20th, however, project pushed back to February 20th due to "Covid" issues and vanity delay, but project did not start until March 2nd. Several delays, some of which, unforeseen, but would have helped if the project managers were more responsive with updates so we were aware of why delays, why contractor did not show up on a particular day, etc. Initial project manager had to suddenly leave project shortly after the start due to family emergency. Two project managers stepped in, but due to the quick departure of the initial project manger, the scope of our project was not fully communicated to them. We had to be more pro-active on our end with communication with the project managers. Worked with Sam on initial project from everything from design, selecting materials to start of project. He was extremely attentive and always making sure we, the customer, were satisfied as the project moved along. Sana and Rony did a great job stepping in mid-remodeling to carry out the remainder of the project. The contractor, Richard, did superb work as did Kevin, the tiler. At the end of the project, the bathrooms were absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier with the outcome. Everyone involved, from the project managers, to the contractor to the tiler and everyone in between were genuine, very friendly and supportive during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Bull Run Bath and Kitchen without hesitation.

We started out with having five bathrooms remodelled but we were very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and how fast the crew was working that we added two more projects- flooring change in the entire house and a change of the kitchen countertops as well to get done in the same time frame. Hakkan has a great sense of design and was able to guide us very well during the whole project bringing our vision to life, Sana our Project Manager was a pleasure to work with and Douglas and Daniel who worked on the projects were amazing in their work and delivered well on our vision. All of this was done during COVID but the entire team took all required precautions to keep everyone safe. I would very highly recommend them to family and friends and they will be my go to people for any projects I may have in the future. BullRun Kitchen &Bath is truly a customer focused team !!!

We had a fantastic experience with our bathroom remodeling project with Bull Run Kitchen & Bath. Tracy Roach did an outstanding job of showing us different options in regards to materials. In the end, we went for the look of simplicity, but with a spa like feel. The team that showed up to execute the plan did an outstanding job. Charlie Ozdemir periodically consulted with us along with his lead. The project started and ended on time. The crew did an outstanding job of keep things tidy to include putting up a plastic cover on a hallway door to keep dust out of the rest of the house. This project was a complete gutting of the bathroom down to the studs and involved floor leveling. I liked the fact they gave us about 4 weeks to identify any issues before we made the final payment. And, there were only a few minor things to correct. We will use them again.

We were very pleased with BullRun's services, start to finish. Hakan, our designer/engineer, had great suggestions. We decided to go with a remodel vs. a renovation. Hakan was very willing to work with us, even when we didn't go for the more expensive renovation. I can not say the same for other companies who bid on our projects. Sana was our project manager and Ervin lead the remodel team. Both were prompt and courteous and always available for questions. Though dust is always to be expected, Ervin and his team went out of their way to keep the mess to a minimum. Our projects were finished in two weeks, which was two to four weeks earlier than expected. We were so pleased with BullRun that we are hiring them to redo two other bathrooms.

This was our second time working with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. We are very pleased with the end result and enjoying our home. The professionalism, responsiveness and work quality of the team during the renovation was excellent. Hakan designed a kitchen plan that incorporated our base vision, but elevated it with great functionality. Sana did a great job managing the process and team. A big shout out to the crew - John, Giovannie, Edwin, Juan, and Rosalio. They were always able to seamlessly incorporate any changes requested during the renovation. I would highly recommend Bull Run for any project.

As new homeowners, we were nervous to embark on our first major renovation. When we met with Hakan to discuss our ideas for our kitchen, he quickly demonstrated his expertise with a drawing for the space exactly as we had envisioned. The team from Bull Run arrived promptly each day, adhering COVID-19 guidelines and finishing our remodel in 13 days. They had an amazing attention to detail, craftsmanship, and accommodated several of our design requests (ex: open shelving, additional outlet). We are very happy with our kitchen and look forward to working with Bull Run again on future projects!
