Bull Run Kitchen and Bath completed two bathroom renovations in my home. They did an excellent job. The designer, Salih Coskun, went above and beyond from start to finish. In many ways he served as the project manager, never overlooking any detail. I am very grateful for his dedication and creative eye. The workers were wonderful. They did exacting work and the results were fabulous. The weakest link was the actual project manager, Murat, who did not do a good job of planning when to order supplies or scheduling which resulted in the project taking much too long to finish. The results, however, compensated for the process. Everyone who has seen the bathrooms has raved about them. They are truly gorgeous.

We had our 3rd bathroom remodeled with Bull Run. Even though the 1st 2 were about 6 months ago we worked with the same team. The designer, Saleh, came over to take measurements and even managed to fit in a pocket door for us. His feedback is really good and even though we make the final decision, he provides good alternatives. Sana, the project manager was again very efficient to work with. A great communicator, he kept us informed of progress, any issues that came up (old House) and ensured every thing went on time. Wilson, the on site construction lead, was always on time, kept everything neat and tidy and was very helpful. Another great job done and I would highly recommend them for their ideas, timeliness, efficiency and ability to work with clients.

We had our kitchen remodeled. We worked with Matt at Bull Run Kitchen & Bath and could not be happier with the process and the results. We've been living with our new kitchen for several months now and everything is just what we wanted - no regrets or wishes that we would have done something different. Matt is very easy to work with - customer focused, honest and gives you his opinion from his years of experience. They also stuck to their timeline and delivered exceptional quality. We are about to dive into our 2nd project with BRKB so that should tell you how much we enjoyed working with them and the results.

We had our kitchen done. This is the THIRD major remodel we have had BRKB take care of in the past 2 years (Master bathroom, hallway bathroom & now kitchen). If that isn't recommendation enough, I don't know what is. Ask for Grover. He is the best. Not only skilled at what he does but also honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was great with this company. Their pricing is very competitive and their work is top notch. I found them very helpful in planning out the design of the new kitchen. It was a complete remodel that included moving, electrical, gas, plumping and windows. Their work was great in every category and they pay attention to all the fine details. I love the new kitchen and would work with them again when I remodel a bathroom.

From design to demo and total kitchen remodel in our 100 year old historic home, the process was seamless. With Plaster & Lathe walls and many other challenges in an old house the project was not easy! Our Project Manager, Sana, was immediately responsive to any questions throughout, ensuring we were 100% satisfied. The amazing, highly skilled construction team lead by Ruben custom created moldings, trim, copper plumbing and base flooring to update the kitchen to code and modern convenience. Everything from the flooring, custom cabinets, backsplash, appliance installation, electrical & plumbing work was exceptional. Highly recommend!

We have done a lot of renovating lately. Bull Run K & B is by far the best company we’ve worked with. It was a treat working through the design phase with Hakan. Sana was amazingly responsive to our text messages or email any time we had a concern or wanted to do something a little different from our original plan. Cesar, Miguel, and Ernesto instantly felt like friends in our home. Once we saw the level of expertise and attention to detail they demonstrated, we added on several other projects. Now that we are finished, we are going to miss not only coming home each day to see the progress on our home, but we’ll also miss seeing the guys. After this experience, we know for sure who will be doing any future work for us.

We had Bullrun renovate our kitchen 4 years ago. When a defective door broke, they helped immediately and replaced it only charging us for the cost of the door. They are very responsive and communicative.

This was for a complete bathroom renovation. For the most part, the process was good. Salih, our sales person, was great. He was extremely helpful and wanted to do everything he could to make the project go well. Willy was the actual person who did the work on our bathroom, was an artist. He was incredibly professional and friendly, his work was top notch, and you could tell he wanted to make sure the project was done right. Unfortunately, the project took longer to start than promised (by about 2 months), and the duration of the project took about 8 weeks when I was originally told about 3.5.

The team of design and remodeling from Bull Run Kitchen and Bath led by Rasheed did an amazing job turning a small outdated looking bathroom into a beautiful room that better optimized the space and dimensions of the room. Project management on the project was terrific. Rasheed kept me informed throughout the project of when specific project milestones would be completed and what to expect next. The end product/renovation turned out exceptional. I now have a bathroom that looks aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I would recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to anyone wanting professional remodeling done for their kitchen or bathroom. This is the second bathroom project that I have had them do and I have been more than happy with the end results.

Exceptional experience from start to finish with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. We love our new bathroom! Our bathroom project was a major renovation for us as it started as a nice-sized master bathroom in our almost 30-year-old home but after removing two closets which involved moving plumbing and electrical we now have a stunning luxurious spa oasis due to the creativity and hard work of the team. We started with Troy our designer, whose creativity and obvious love for his job transformed our general thoughts into a beautiful design which was beyond anything we had imagined. He was an absolute joy each time we spoke with him. He had wonderful ideas and it was obvious that he really cared about making this space perfect for us. Sana our project manager was wonderful and a pleasure. I was nervous with a project this large and disruptive in a home that we are living in but he alleviated the concerns by ensuring that all the numerous materials arrived as needed and that the on-site team was available as required. He was impressive and hardworking throughout the project, but was most impressive at the end of the project ensuring that all the little items were finalized and that we were happy with everything. We found this very refreshing compared to our perception of home contractors as he never made us feel like anything we asked for was unreasonable and often said that they just want to make you sure we were pleased. I believe this attitude toward customer satisfaction really puts Bull Run Kitchen and Bath above the others as we never felt nickeled and dimed over the little things that really do make us happy. The price we agreed to was the price that we paid, no surprises. Our on-site project coordinator, Carlos was phenomenally impressive as he personally had the knowledge to demolish the original bathroom, manage the plumbing and electrical (this was a big deal), design tile layout for the huge shower, paint the room and install the cabinets, fixtures and smart toilet. He managed his crew very well and was always respectful to our property. He checked in with us daily to make sure he was addressing our preferences as the project progressed. When we were uncertain he offered suggestions. His suggestions always enhanced the overall project. When I think of Carlos, I think “wow” how can someone know so much about so many of the trades and perform each task so perfectly. Carlos and the crew worked long very hard days and they were always cheerful and pleasant which we thought was very important since they were in our home for 4 straight weeks while we were living in the house. The bottom-line is that our bathroom is so much more than we expected. We happily enjoy it every day. The experience was so wonderful, that we have started planning our next few renovation projects and would be more than thrilled to work with Troy, Sana and Carlos in the future. Rony went above and far beyond expectations as he supervised the project, answering every question we had and making sure that we were happy. Lalo and his brothers were great. I recently had a situation where the LVT flooring in my home became damaged due to a defect and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional customer service and warranty I received from Bull Run Kitchen and Bath From the moment I contacted the company, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care. Sana, our original project manager, was once again assigned to me. He spoke and listened attentively to my issue and promptly arranged for a warranty inspection. He was thorough and efficient, and within a matter of days, my damaged flooring was replaced with new material. What really impressed me, however, was Sana's (and Bull Run's) commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure the new flooring met my expectations, and even checked in with me several times to ensure everything was still in good condition. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the excellent customer service and warranty I received. They truly stand behind their products and service, and are dedicated to making things right for their customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of remodeling services. The process from the beginning to end was almost seamless. Working with Tracy to design the bathroom renovation was easy and he developed a vision of what would work best to meet my needs. He designed a space that will be fashionable for a long time, which I appreciate because of the rather large price tag for these types of things. Tracy's suggestions for materials were on the mark and look beautiful when installed. Sana was very easy to work with, conscientious about balancing my wants with reality, and prompt in his replies to my questions. Richard, the site contractor, was outstanding. He has a keen attentiveness towards the details and timing of installation that kept the job site work moving forward throughout the process. He answered my questions clearly and went into as much detail as I needed to understand the answer. He took care to stop in and check on the work each day, and did much of the demo and finish work himself. The craftsmanship of the team was amazing!

We remodeled 2 bathrooms. For the design phase we worked with Salih. HE was very accommodating, provided us with alternatives based on his experience but always assured us that the final choice was ours. He was also very flexible in accommodating changes while construction was underway. Sane, our project manager, was very communicative on when the team to work on the project was going to be at the house. He ensured the choices we made during the design phase were double checked. He was well informed about the stages of construction and any potential delays. Our construction lead was Wilson. He did a great job, keeping everything neat and tidy and organized inside the bathroom and house. Everything was cleaned up as they left for the day. When he saw problems (we live in an old house) he offered solutions and advice but left it up to us to think and discuss with the PM. We would want Wilson to come back and do our 3rd bath as well!

Bull Run Kitchen & Bath did a complete renovation of my small, 1950’s bathroom. My team was Salih (Designer), Sana (Project Manager), Richard (Foreman), and Jaime (Tilesetter). Everyone on the team was very skilled and professional. They listened to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and helped me create a new and more functional bathroom in the small space that I had. Everyone on the team was respectful of my space, worked diligently, and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were some specific rules and requirements from my condo association, but BRK&B was clearly used to this, took it in their stride and provided me with whatever information the condo association needed. Most importantly, I can’t say enough about the high quality of workmanship from each of the contractors who worked on my renovation. The standards of their work were all very high, with lots of attention to detail. As a result, they brought to life the beautiful new bathroom that I envisioned. I highly recommend them.

There aren't enough stars to properly recognize Grover and his incredible expertise when it came to transforming our master bathroom from drab into absolute fab! It is because of his hardwork and dedication that we have contracted BRKB to remodel our smaller hallway bathroom in April AND our kitchen afterwards. If you're looking for a contractor who aims to please and takes pride in his work, look no further.

From time we walked into showroom in Manassas and met Troy we felt comfortable and at ease. He was friendly,courteous,knowledgeable and down to earth. So much so we never even contacted any other company. We exchanged ideas and were given a multitue of suggestions. Troy then came to house and proceeded with more suggestions and ideas and we were quickly supplied a 3D rendering of our future kitchen. After minimal adjustments we were ready to proceed. A very quick but very educational visit by Sana to check and recheck measurements and advise timeframe for project we were ready to go At designated date and time Orlando and Ronald began a precision like dismantling and reassembling of our kitchen in faster than expected time. Both men were professional and hard working but took time to explain any questions we had about process. They went about their work tirelessly but always made sure they cleaned up before they left. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and everything was completed as promised

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath from the beginning were by far the easiest to work with and the quality of their work is amazing. The front office communicated with me every step of the way, and John who worked on our house was on time every single day he was scheduled to be there and was mindful of the other areas not being worked on by minimizing dust in other areas. The craftsmanship and hard work John did on our kitchen was miles above what I expected. They made sure to pay attention to details and ask questions to incorporate my vision along the way. I will be sure to use them again in the future.

The work that Orlando and Ronald did for our kitchen was suberb, 6/5. They were professional and listened to any concerns we had during the construction. They even went above and beyond by working on the day of Christmas eve to ensure we had a functioning kitchen for the holidays. I can't recommend these two enough. However, we did have an issue with our the designer. They failed to record down several of our requests for the kitchen. This included the removal of a bulkhead with appropriately sized upper cabinets, the appropriate style doors for the laundry room, and the correct selection of backsplash and tile. All of these issues were not caught in time, sans backsplash. When we brought up the lack of bulkhead removal and the incorrect cabinets we were told we'd need to foot the bill for the taller cabinets. After this we requested a new statement of from our designer that listed the correct work items. They sent us a 'corrected' version filled with mistakes (like a remodel for a basement bathroom when our home only has a crawlspace). We mentioned that this new document contained several errors, but never heard a response back. In addition to this finding and shipping the appropriate tile delayed our remodel a week. Overall the communication with our designer was awful, and we did not feel heard.

We just had our master bathroom redone by Bullrun Kitchen and Bath (BRK&B). It is the last upgrade we are doing to our house and is by far the best. The original had a rather flimsy stall drop-in stall shower, an awkwardly oversized jacuzzi tub, inconveniently placed cabinets and sinks, and slick off-white tile floor. On our own, we selected a textured tile type that suited our taste. Working with BRK&B's owner, Hakan, we came up with a design that incorporated our tile, and reflected our overall desires. Willie Rojas was the principal craftsman, sometimes assisted by his wife. Over the weeks of work, we got to know Willie, who is a delightful man. His skills are remarkable: he built his own house here in Virginia, no small feat. And he did every bit of the plumbing, electrical, carpentry, lighting, tile work, and cabinet installation for our bathroom. Only the quartz countertop and glass for the walk-in shower were done by other vendors from BRK&B's remarkable vendor network. The tile work was extensive, and intricate. It included not only the floors, but the entire wall space of the shower. The walls include two diamond patterns broken by a decorative strip, among many other features. Willie's craftsmanship was just impeccable: he has the eye of an artist, and the skill of a master. The unseen parts - electrical and plumbing - were done every bit as skillfully. Electrical was major: we had a heated floor installed, along with new lighting circuitry, new overhead lighting and exhaust fans, and a completely new jacuzzi tub. The carpentry required was extensive: moving walls, resizing the main door (with all that entails), replacing large swaths of ceiling, and building in a wall in the shower. Willie worked tirelessly and was always cheerful and a delight to have around. He is dependable, honest, and has a work ethic that I haven't seen in a long time. Our project manager, Sana, kept things running smoothly in the background, and was good at communicating with us - not too much, but not too little. Hakan, BRK&B's owner, has built a very robust business, and knows how to take care of his customers. He's a lot of fun to talk with, as well. My wife and I have dealt with a lot of contractors over many years, and not just for work on home improvement or repair: we both worked in procuring strategic weapon systems for the United States. Every program has its bumps, and every contractor stumbles occasionally. The quality of a contractor is judged by his or her response to a stumble. Hakan always personally responded to any concern we expressed, immediately and effectively. I admire him as an entrepreneur and a person. We went through a source selection process before choosing BRK&B and will never regret our choice. If you choose BRK&B, I strongly recommend requesting Willie Rojas to do the work, and Sana as a program manager. You will not be disappointed.

We did a full kitchen remodel. Love the design and end product. We also had luxury vinyl Happy Feet brand flooring installed but because it wasn’t leveled properly before install they have had to fix it twice which has been frustrating. I would recommend being very clear about properly installing the floor the first time. Rosalio was fantastic prioritizing our job and taking the time to make sure the floor was fixed properly. The warranty is very appreciated and they have been responsive to when we needed a lazy Susan replaced and minor tweaks once we lived in the new kitchen. Sana, Rosalio, and Tracy are fabulous!

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the overall end result of our kitchen renovation project from Bull Run Kitchen & Bath. We would rate the overall quality and craftsmanship of Bull Run at 5 stars. In addition to their skilled craftsmanship, Bull Run K&B was also very amenable and flexible in customizing our contract before and during installation to accommodate additional modifications requested by the homeowner. However, we encountered a number of challenges and frustrations with their execution of the project, with lackluster performance in the areas of communications and installation. Our rating for these two areas is 2.5 stars respectively, and our overall satisfaction rating for Bull Run is 3.75 stars. First, let’s address two examples of communication mishaps by Bull Run. On the very first day of the project, we came home to a fully demolished kitchen, and no one told us beforehand that this activity was happening, leaving us to make unplanned dinner arrangements given we had no appliances. We did set-up a group text chat to ensure timely communications on activities, but Bull Run did not always provide timely updates into the activities. Another mishap on communications involved the lack of advance notice to make paint color, countertop, and backsplash selections. In each instance, we were provided extremely short notice to make these final design decisions. Specifically, we were notified on a Friday and were given that one immediate weekend to make final selections before the Monday that followed. Everything worked out in the end, but the lack of advance notice on Bull Run’s part caused us to make rush decisions. Our perspective is homeowners should be afforded more advance notice when it comes to making decisions of this nature. Installation was another area where we encountered challenges and frustrations with Bull Run. First, in prep for the painting portion of the project, Bull Run lost several pieces of our blinds accessories and hardware and inadvertently trashed some pieces. The accessories/hardware had to be ordered and replaced by Bull Run. As for another example, the installation crew exhibited carelessness around our house by dropping items, moving items haphazardly, and not regularly using protection coverings for the floor, cabinets, and countertop. This resulted in either damaged property or widespread dirt and dust on newly installed furnishings. Another example of carelessness and rushing the job came from the hardwood floor guy that Bull Run outsourced. Sometime during the hardwood floor installation, the crew placed various objects, cut wood, debris, and trash onto our fireplace floor resulting in the pilot light button getting hit and going out. Bull Run did ultimately address the issue in the end by hiring a separate fireplace contractor, but not after re-directing the blame and insisting that Bull Run was not liable or responsible for the break. Additionally, the hardwood floor guy did not even-level the entire sub-floor before installation, resulting in some raised hardwood pieces being higher than others. Also, some hardwood pieces that were installed had deep imperfections and stains on them, resulting in their crew coming back to remove and eventually replace the bad hardwood pieces. Overall, as a result of the aforementioned issues, our kitchen renovation project inevitably resulted in a lengthy delay of the project close-out. Specifically, instead of a project that was forecasted to last 6-8 weeks, our specific renovation project lasted 4 months. We do believe Bull Run K&B was capable of finishing the project within the original estimate of 6-8 weeks, but their carelessness in the aforementioned areas inevitably added up to the 2-month delay. We applaud Bull Run for ultimately addressing all of the aforementioned issues and delivering an excellent high-quality product in the end. We absolutely love our kitchen renovation, but we would be negligent if we didn’t mention the challenges and frustrations we faced along the way during installation.
